Bill was able to clean our gutters on a two-story house using a large vacuum apparatus. He was prompt, easy to contact, courteous, and most of all, did not make a mess. We have had disasters before where our decks were black after the cleaning. We will have him return next spring.

Bill has always been very prompt and thorough when providing cost estimates and options for any work involved in Strata Communities. He is pleasant and friendly and has always provided excellent service!

On my initial contact with Bill, he took my address and was able top pull up a view of our home via an internet map program. He assessed my needs after asking a few questions about our home and gave me an upfront quote. A few days later, Bill phoned to arrange a convenient time to clean our house gutters. He was prompt and on time. He walked around the house with me to survey the gutter layout. He took just over an hour to clean out two story house. Most of his work was from on the ground but he did need a to get on the roof to tackle a stubborn plug. Throughout his visit he was friendly, personable, honest and thorough. I did not feel pressure to buy any extras as some services may do to create more income. In fact, Bill never mentioned anything extra. After his visit he followed up with an email stating to contact him if I have trouble with the gutters. It is refreshing to deal with a pleasant, honest service person.

We have so many trees around the house that they should be done every 6 months, But we had not done them for two years. They were totally blocked and overflowing. He left the job site neat as a pin. We have a larger home, and he was able to handle the increased house height with ease.
