Contacted the team at Swat Wildlife on a Friday evening after hearing noises up in my attic for a week. Received a call promptly the next morning and was able to have a team member come out the same day. Jonny was the technician that came out to our home and quickly identified the family of "trash pandas" living in our attic and removed them. The mother left while Swat was on site eliminating the need for a one way door. The babies were kept safe for their mother to find later on that day. We chose to have Swat reinforce all our roof vent caps as that was where the pesky buggers were entering from. Can't thank Jonny and Swat Wildlife enough for their timely intervention and professionalism throughout this entire adventure!

Derek, the technician was incredible and explained everything perfectly. He was quick and thorough and very helpful.

SWAT Wildlife is a great company to deal with. They respond promptly and do the job right the first time. Some creative thinking was required for my job and it seems to have worked. Employees are professional, friendly, and hardworking. I recommend SWAT Wildlife without any hesitation at all.

Brian was fabulous to deal with! He arrived early for the appointment, was very detailed with recommendations and checking the property for additional animal related damage. It was like he was treating my home as if it were his own. No pressure sales, quick turnaround and very clean- would definitely recommend him.

I received excellent service from Swat. They arrived about one hour after my initial call, removed the raccoon from my roof and finished their work quickly, which included installing some barriers on the down spouts. Great service. Nice people. Use them.

My name is Nicole and I am from Mississauga. Whenever I travel abroad I try and help out the local animal welfare groups and humane societies that work tirelessly to prevent animal suffering in third world countries. Once I booked my March Break trip to Belize , I emailed the Caye Caulker Humane Society to find out if there was anything they desperately needed that could easily be found in Canada. The answer I received in their response was a request I wasn’t sure if I could help out with – they wanted a humane animal trap to catch homeless and abandoned cats that were wandering the island!! UH OH! I have brought vet meds to Uganda, collars and leashes to the Cayman Islands and office supplies to Mexico but NEVER something as unique and large as an animal trap!! Where the heck to start looking?? After some brainstorming I decided to email SWAT Wildlife from the Greater Toronto Area and see if they could sell me an old, rusty trap that was collecting dust in a corner. Rather than selling me one of their cages, SWAT blew me away with their incredible DONATION of an awesome humane animal trap at no cost at all!! The Humane Society and I are so grateful for their support and selflessness which has now been shared throughout the island of Caye Caulker. In just one weekend, the donated cage from SWAT caught 8 cats who were taken directly to the islands vet for a check up, vaccines and then spayed/neutered. This trap will now save countless lives of unwanted litters that would have been born on the streets and live a life of uncertainty. Amanda from the humane society emailed me and said "one kitten wondered in without it even baited, then we found the others nearby, must have smelt good!" Derick was very informative and gave us options to improve and prevent further entries of squirrels and or raccoons. Work was done after investigation and suggested improvements authorized. Satisfied with process and work. Hope to keep unwanted guests from living inside our roof.

We had a raccoon who made his way in to the roof but couldn't find a way out until he made one himself. I searched for a solution online and found SWAT Wildlife Removal with a whole lot of positive Homestars reviews. The places you might first think of seemed to pale in comparison. They arrived on time, and Derick was quick to find the raccoon's new point of entry. He made me confident that our new houseguest would soon be a thing of the past. After the first night with the temporary one way door in place the raccoon was gone. The whole experience was positive, starting with the phone call to book the visit.
