Foam Comfort recently installed foam insulation for my basement renovation. Service was top notch from the initial visit to completion. Sprayers (Chris and Will) were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Foam Comfort went above and beyond to ensure I was totally satisfied with the end product. Thanks to Foam Comfort for helping me create a warm and comfortable environment for my family to enjoy for years to come.

I reno'd a bedroom and needed two walls insulated. Foam Comfort happily estimated and completed what was quite a small job at relatively short notice. This was the third project I've used Foam comfort for. Also - Foam Comfort has sound dampening/proofing foam solutions that I used for my basement ceiling - excellent result. Very friendly staff.

I have used Foam Comfort twice, 5 years ago and again last month. Both times the estimator was very helpful and professional, and the application crew arrived exactly when scheduled and did an excellent job. I will use Foam Comfort a third and fourth time without hesitation.

Alex and Jen were very helpful and answered all of my spray foam questions for my basement renovation project. Alex showed up exactly as promised for the initial quotation. Jen was able to book an agreeable time for the install and even followed up the day before to let me know everything was on schedule. They had a little hiccup with their equipment but came back the next morning to finish the job. Their installer was excellent and they cleaned up so the basement was ready for drywall.

The team at Foam Comfort helped us to upgrade a very old home that had lots of spots where air was leaking. After submitting a request for an estimate Ariel followed up super quick and scheduled a visit. Ariel was super friendly and answered all of my questions while visiting for the estimate. There was a bit of a delay in getting the estimate, but once it was in the booking and down payment process were simple. Sally was beyond amazing at working with us to work out all of the details, including to process a refund for a bit of work that was de-scoped by our contractor, and to provide details that we needed for an energy audit. I would definitely work with Foam Comfort again, they were helpful, professional and did a great job in making our old house more energy efficient.

Outstanding. I would give more stars if I could. The Foam Comfort crew did work for us in 2022 and did a fantastic job with our new build. They took every precaution and left the site intact. Yesterday (19 months later) while our roofer was finishing a few areas of our house pointed out to us that we had one area (second floor cantilever) that needed attention. We wanted to see if this area had been missed and had to be spray foam insulated before the install of the new aluminum soffits. I called the office and without hesitation Jennifer dealt with my request immediately. She sent Ariel to come on site a few hours later and he explained to my husband that they had sprayed but it was behind a specific area which we thought they had missed. We were wrong - Ariel explained how they had indeed insulated that area which made sense to us only after his explanation. Nonetheless Ariel, who is extremely knowledgeable and so kind, still took care of our concern and the crew came the very next morning to do the work. Now that is so rare to find these days, such great customer service and to care about their past customers. Highly recommend this company - you will not only be satisfied with their amazing meticulous work but know they have outstanding customer service!
