We needed to enlarge the basement window. Allowing for egress. Perfect job.. communication - site inspection. Final outcome A+

Red Robin brick layers carefully selected about 150 bricks that needed to be replaced. Some required scaffolding to reach, and two arched windows were rebuilt. Workmanship was excellent and completed expeditiously. The masons were congenial and tidy.

I am pleased with the work done by Red Robin Masonary. The Masons were knowledgeable and kept me informed as they worked on the project.

A strong easterly wind combined with pouring rain is like having a pressure washer pounding the exposed brick east wall of our home. Little did we know that, under such conditions, rainwater was seeping into our basement. Red Robin Masonry did an excellent job of not only repairing the weather-worn mortar of the brick window sill but also that of the lower portion of the wall that needed attention. Professional, master masons they are!!! Plus, for us, it was quite enjoyable to observe the master masons at work!!!

I called Red Robin to address a water ingress situation in my cold room. The problem was suspected to originate from the front porch area. Joe was timely in providing the estimate which I felt was reasonable for the work being performed, especially compared to other contractors that quoted the job. Paul and Nick did an amazing job on the rebuild! Their attention to detail and going the extra mile to do the job right was noticeable and appreciated. Very positive experience with Red Robin and I recommend them for your masonry needs. I know Ill be calling them back when needed.

I engaged this company after reading the reviews and getting estimates from the top 4 masonry contractors on Homestars. The estimates gave me a good idea of what a fair price would be for the scope of work. I chose Red Robin because of its reviews, its ability to do both the chimney and steps, as opposed to to one or the other, and its competitive pricing. It was a project I expected to take 7-10 days but Ivan's crew completed the job in 3 days including clean up. The crew was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Their work ethic was impressive, they showed up each day at 8 sharp and didn't stop until 6:30 each evening. I should also mention that all the front office guys; Andrew, Andrew and David were professional, responsive and easy to work with. They did a great job and I would recommend Red Robin without hesitation or reservation.

What an awesome team to work with! Right from the estimator, the logistics coordinator, the Master Mason and his assistant, the office coordinator - they made my experience feel effortless. The work itself was seamlessly carried out. The surrounding areas were cared for and cleaned up thoroughly. The wall that was added, looks like it has always been there. For any brick / masonry work, this is the company to choose!

The bricks around the top of the Chimney stack were falling apart. Upon closer inspection it was learned that the flu was also in bad shape and needed utlimately, to be rebuilt. The Team did a great job and illustrated every step of the way, what they found and how the repairs were going. Great craftsmanship and very reliable.
