I contacted Red Robin, based on the great reviews they got on homestars. We had some pipes that needed to be removed from our foundation and then filled with concrete. They were very easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would (or called if they were going to be late) and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. We were very pleased with the end result...we would highly recommend them!!

We hired Red Robin Masonry to fix a previous chimney rebuild that was done incorrectly. Dave was prompt with the estimate process and managed expectations along the way with exceptional communication. The chimney rebuild was very well done as was the brick work around the house. Dave and his team are professional, courteous and committed and are highly recommended!

After having the vinyl siding removed from the sides of my house(thank god) I realized why they had put it up in the first place. The brick work was a complete disaster. There was deterioration on many of the bricks and a lot of the cement between the bricks had also deteriorated. I called 4 companies and red robin was the only company to show up when they said they would. Dave suggested brick replacement and tuck pointing. When the work was finished it looked like an entirely different wall. The new bricks they used look almost identical to the old bricks. When my finances are a little better I plan on calling reed robin back to rebuild my chimney. I would definately reccommend them to anyone.

After phoning around for quotes and getting numerous no shows, spoke with Dave from RRM....from that moment on the service we received was first class. Phoning to let us know he'd be 30 minutes late for our appt. right the way through offering up ideas to improve the appearance of the jobs we needed doing, the speed and completeness of the quote and the speed and appearance of the completed job. Even checking that the parging was OK after a cold night some days later. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others or using them again for future work. Very refreshing to work with a company who care about all aspects of the "JOB"

We hired Red Robin Masonry (from Homestars reviews, in fact)to determine the cause of damage and to repair flagstone steps at the front of our house. Dave called a week before the work was to start, reconfirming date and time with us. Dave called again the day before the start date letting me know that it was expected to rain and, if it did, they would be there as soon as the weather cooperated enough for the work to be correctly done, perhaps even that day. I appreciated being given the heads up and consideration that I may have other things to do than wait for workers. We've hired Red Robin to return in the spring to repair stucco entrance walls and more flagstone steps...this is the kind of company I want to work on my house -- fair prices, good business ethics, knowledgeable and pleasant workers, and excellent project and customer management.

Provided a quote with warranty, had full coverage, reasonable pricing and did the work the day they said they would. Their crew, was experienced, troubleshot a problem situation and cleaned up after they were done. I have not had service like this from a company in years. They are worth calling in for a job.

dave is a true professional. he cares about the projects he undertakes and does not settle for anything less than the customers complete satisfaction. his quotes are fair and reasonable. the whole experience has been seamless. i have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found Red Robin on Homestars and chose this company and another for quotes after reading the reviews. I was struck by the honest, professional manner when I spoke to Dave and chose Red Robin over the other company as he seemed to have the best and most cost-effective recommendations for my repairs. The work was handled efficiently and the quality of work was first rate. I felt that a lot of care was put into the job. I have now booked for them to return later this month for a large repair, as I am confident that they will do a good job.

I just want to thank Dave for the excellent parging job on my house. Quality of the job was assume looks great. I would definitely use Red Robin if you need Masonry work done in the GTA.

My field stone basments walls were crumbling, old, and needed a lot of work. Red Robin came in and made them look amazing. The walls are perfectly smooth, white, and look amazing. I asked for a few extra little touches including some painting and parging behind the electrical box and they did it all. Superb company. I would totally recommend them.
