The brickwork supporting our front steps was in dire need of repair as several bricks had already fallen off. I called Dave who came to provide a quote in a very timely fashion. We also needed to repair the front steps, which he also provided a quote for. The price was very reasonable, and we immediately agreed to have the work done. Dave gave us a date for the work to begin, and kept to it. There was a day of rain which prevented the work from continuing and Dave called to give us the 'heads up' on this. The work was completed in a a very professional manner. They cleanup was amazing, leaving our driveway clear and clean after each visit. I have already recommended Red Robin and will continue to do so without hesitation. Thanks Dave. Keep up the great work!

Dave, Mike and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The quote was very detailed and made me confidant that there would be no surprises. When it was found that additional work needed to be done, the additional cost was very reasonable. They worked hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied and I would even recommend this company to any of my friends or relatives.

The bricks on the side wall of my house were crumbling and needed to be repaired right away. I called Red Robin and Dave came over to give me an estimate and advice on how to repair the damage. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Since my house is over twenty years old, the bricks were very difficult to match. Dave made a great effort to find the bricks to perfectly match with the existing ones. The parging, tuck pointing, and brick replacement exceeded my expectations. Dave and his co-worker, Chris, neatly cleaned up the work area after the extensive work. I definitely recommend Dave and Red Robin for masonry repairs.

Dave did a great job explaning the process and learning about our objectives. Mike and his team were fast and efficient and he took extra time to correct a problem that was a result of poor communication from another contractor. I will contact Dave and Mike on any future masonry project and will tell my friends to do the same.

Dave was a pleasure to deal with AND did a great job - perfect combination for a "picky" homeowner like me! Dave was reliable, professional and, best of all, returned (after having been paid) to make a minor adjustment. He was patient with me and all my questions and concerns and while I hope that further brick work won't be needed, I will definitely call Red Robin if it is!

The red brick pillars supporting the front porch on our Riverdale home were leaning, one so badly that the wooden column between the pillar and the roof had completely buckled. Red Robin's professionalism gave us complete confidence from our first meeting. Dave planned the the work for us with a comprehensive quote and project scope, complete with accurate cost options and contingency plans. Mike precisely disassembled the old pillars and carefully preserved the old bricks to ensure that the new column matched the rest of the house. The new pillars are solid and arrow-straight, but because of the care with which Mike restored the brick work and matched the mortar, they blend perfectly with the vintage of the home and the character of the neighbourhood. He is a superior craftsman. Red Robin's broad portfolio of expertise was particularly convenient for us since we wanted to install a new porch railing. They worked with us to understand the style we were looking for and sourced quality lumber for a great price. Jeremy finished the job ahead of schedule and it looks fantastic. We're looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Red Robin on a variety of projects throughout our home.

My house required a large portion of its side to be re-parged as water was draining between the houses. Dave as promised made time for my quote within a few days and promptly provided me with what I believe to be a fair quote. Although they seemed to be busy they were able to fit my job in as it was only a day of work they said. Even when my wall turned out to be in worse condition then previously anticipated, Mike provided me with a finish product that I was very happy with. We contacted Dave and he promptly came over and gave us a very reasonable quote to completely rebuild our crumbling chimney. After some delays due to rain (which they apologized for), Mike and his team arrived on time and were very professional. They were very pleasant, and completed the job on time. They were very detail oriented, and even made sure to use as many of the intact original bricks on the visible side of the chimney. They showed me that they were very concerned with not only the structure, but also the overall appearance. During the clean up, my garden hose ruptured. Even though the hose was damaged before they arrived they bought me a new hose without me asking. This truly goes above and beyond what another contractor would do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else, and I will likely use them myself again.
