I needed an electrician to come in and move an outlet for me and two lights, as our contractor was on hold finishing a closet, until it was done. Mark called me immediately after leaving a message for him and arranged a time to come and look at the work needed, as well as to talk to me about a new panel upgrade that we wanted. He worked around OUR schedule, which was incredible! He was on time, gave us a great quote and explained everything to me in detail. I showed up at the house to meet him and he was halfway through the work already! Not only did Mark and his team do an amazing job, the contractor was extremely happy with their work and we feel great about them coming back to do our panel! I have already recommended Mark and will continue to do so in the future! Mark also hung a light fixture for me in my son's nursery and I am extremely grateful for the extra help!!!

We compared three companies and went with Mark because of his knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. Mark and Charlie did a tremendous job and cleaned up after themselves. The quote was accurate and we would recommend them.

I contacted Mark due to the high rating his company has received on Homestars. Initially the conversation was about a very cold master bedroom that during the winter was about 7 degrees colder then the rest of the house, and a breeze coming from my house bay window. I had read about the wall injection procedure and thought it would be a good idea to resolve the problem. Mark had asked to see my attic where he said additional insulation there may be my best bang for the buck, I had this done in 2007 and didn't expect any issues, but Mark identified that the R value was not as high as it could be, and that the previous contractor hadn't filled along the roof perimeter very well, and in fact was likely missed entirely in places. That was enough to move forward. His employee Charlie arrived promptly at the agreed start time and did prep work until Mark arrived shortly after, the work was done quickly and professionally. In the few days that have passed since the install our home seems to be more uniform in temperature which was not the case before. I am looking forward to a winter without having to use a space heater to make the room temperature tolerable. Thanks Mark I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Thanks Mark, awesome job. My home is warmer, quieter since the attic was re-insulated after being ravage last spring by racoons. They have not returned! The product used was excellent. My new ceiling fan install is terrific and I picked the most difficult to reach location to put it. Good job. Highly recommended.

Fast response to my inquiry. They showed up exactly when scheduled - always a pleasant surprise when so many contractors are full of excuses. Worked unsupervised. Dealt with little surprises (I had not moved the furniture) without issue. Fair price. Would recommend.

Mark has provided not only professional work but also very friendly advice and consultation in all of our electrical needs. Mark is willing to travel quite a distance to help us. He ensures that our complex is operating properly and his price is more than fair. This is the 2nd insulation project that Envirotech has completed at my townhouse. The kitchen always felt cold in winter due to air leakage and lack of insulation in the wall. Mark used an infrared thermal imager to locate the trouble spots. He drilled several 2" holes and sprayed cellulose into the bulkhead above the cabinets and one vertical wall cavity that ran down to the basement. The kitchen floor & walls, adjacent bathroom, and basement are all warmer by up to 9 degrees now! I've had to turn down the thermostat by 1-2 degrees to compensate for the extra warmth. Great job as usual! I'm considering to add insulation in the garage ceiling next year.

We contacted Envirotech because we had a severe ice damming problem and I was afraid of permanent damage being done to the house. Our house is almost 50 years old and the original insulation had never been replaced or upgraded. Mark came out in the evening and I could see right away that he was very professional and really grasped what the problem was. On the day of the installation, the weather was a bit problematic and traffic was a mess. Mark called me shortly before he was to arrive to assure me that he was on the way and not to worry. Mark and his assistant were very competent and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished. The job took a little less time than I was quoted, which was a bonus. I highly, highly recommend Envirotech!
