I had to call Protech for a leaky faucet that turned out to be a bigger issue than I expected and couldnt fix on my own. Darlene was exceptional and so easy to work with, while she arranged a time and date for Jordan to come. They worked with my schedule. Jordan was quick, efficient, and provided a few options to ensure I got the best price. He came back to install everything, left the place in excellent condition, and fixed my shower, making it look great! Way more affordable than any other quotes. Highly recommend!

I found Protech the I purchased a fireplace. They were contracted to install the gas line in my basement - fast forward 6 months and it was time for a new hot water tank. they were the best price I found (installing a Bradford white tank to replace my old BW tank) they moved my gas line so that they tank was to code in regards to distance to furnace and updated the PVC to heat resistant as per current building code, removed the old tank all for the above price. They were punctual and communicated extremely well, left the area clean and neat, Would. not hesitate to recommend these guys at all!

Protech was very easy to deal with, right from the first call for appointment to the install day to follow-up and invoicing. Excellent recommendations and work quality. Their quoted price was also very reasonable for the work performed. When the City Inspector arrived on site, he was very familiar with Protech and their excellent track record of quality service- our install was approved with no issue. Overall, excellent value and will contact Protech for any further plumbing and gas fitting needs. I would definitely recommend Protech to anyone requiring residential plumbing or gas fitting.

I found Protech Gasfitting & Plumbing. with Google reviews, so I called up and talked to Darlene. She arranged for Jesse to come out and quote the job - no charge! Unlike several of the other companies I had called, they wanted to charge me to quote a job. Jesse was able to fit me in between two jobs to meet my schedule and did an excellent job of installing and explaining any questions that popped up. The install passed the city inspection with flying colours. I am going to enjoy having a heated garage during the winter months to work on projects.
