Quick service, I recommend.

I contacted HomeStars when an electrician failed to show up. Within a minute of entering my detail I received a call from Larry at HC Electrical Services. 2 days later my job was completed on time and for a reasonable price. Larry and his apprentice were courteous and did something most contractors never do - cleaned up after themselves. Quality work, I would highly recommend them.

We recently took posession of our house, and the previous homeowners had a combo washer and dryer in the laundry room. Seeing that my wife wanted all new appliances we discovered that there was only 1 outlet and needed an additional outlet for the dryer. We were able to get a sameday appointment and Melba gave us a competitive quote. We took a few days to look at other quotes but was happy with her approach and how she explained the work. She also completed a safety evaluation and recommended a surge protector which we will install at a later stage. We are happy with the new line and outlet which was installed for our dryer. For a Basement Development project, I worked with HC Electrical Services. They were very punctual, knowledgeable and experts in their domain. In addition, they used high-quality electrical cables, switches, potlights and material in general. The lighting in the basement is so bright, uniform, inviting (making one feel like spending more time in the basement) and with little or no dark areas. Also, I got a generous number of switches, power outlets and potlights in each area (bedroom, washroom and recreational area). In all the price was excellent (better than the market price) and services commendable. I would recommend them any day and anytime.

We were able to be scheduled in quickly but on the day of our appointment the company called to cancel after they were scheduled to arrive. We rebooked and had a technician come out a few days later. Initially, the work appeared to be good but on closer inspection we noticed the glass on our bathroom light fixture was cracked. The electrical work seems to be working well but we would have appreciated some transparency about the light fixture.

Had an excellent experience with Larry who came to fix my stove. He was prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. My stove is working perfectly now! Highly recommend for reliable, efficient service.
