Adam came to my home and fixed the above issue but in the process broke the handle of the tap and consequently has caused me great trouble. He won't admit to breaking it and won't come and fix it. DON'T HIRE THIS GUY..he is bad news..hire a proper plumber and get the job done properly.

I very goofily drilled right through a water pipe in my basement on Family Day (a holiday). Adam arrived very quickly after my call to assess the situation, and got straight to work. He had the hole repaired quickly and professionally and with little damage to the wall in front of it. Unfortunately over time the seal of the repair didn't hold up and it dripped water constantly. My fiance helped repair the problem though, and now it's tight.

Adam fixed our very leaky, and very loose bathtub faucet. Thank goodness because I don't even know how much money we wasted on wasted water. I don't have to use all my arm muscles to turn off the shower anymore, it's not dripping, and looks great. Definitely worth every penny.

I hired Adam to fix a leak in our new bathroom vanity. We agreed on a price and he went to work. He did not have any parts to do the job and ended up using spare parts that I had around. He worked no more than 10 minutes on the vanity and assured me that if it leaks again he will come back free of charge to fix it. As soon as he left it started leaking again. I called him to come back at 2:00pm and he showed up at 11:00pm, after I called him several times. He insisted that I pay him another $100 to fix the leak. At this point I agreed because I just wanted the job completed. Once again, Adam assured me the leak was fixed. A few minutes later it was leaking again. He came back the third time and charged me another $20 to put a band aid of silicone on the drain to stop the leak (which didn’t work). To top it off, Adam broke the drawer and track on our brand new vanity rendering it useless. I have called him several times in the past two days and he is avoiding my phone calls. Please do not use this company. Adam is not experienced and will make you pay for his mistakes and experiments.

We just came from a vacation and found our pipe was leaking in basment not to much but enough to panic. We called Ace and they showed fast and fixed th eproblem quieckly . Everything was done profesionaly. I would recomend this company to my friends.

Great service went out of his way to make sure that everything is installed in a clean fashion. the place was left nice and clean, and made sure to follow up that all is satisfactory. Highly Recommended. A+++

Adam was great. He gave me a call and came to the house to give me a quote within 30 minutes. He then picked up some supplies and was back at the house and completed the job within then next hour. He was very professional and stands behind his work. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Adam started and I thought finished the job however my dishwasher leaked all over the floor. I called him and he said he would come over right away. He had a personal matter to take care of which I can understand a delay in him coming back however I never heard from him again. When I tried to call his voicemail it was full so I figured it must be a serious personal matter. I tried him again and this time I could leave a voicemail which means he now was checking messages however I never heard from him. I tried to give him as much chance as possible to redeem himself however at this time I have no choice but to give a very poor review. He took my money and did a very bad job. Certainly I would not recommend Adam to anyone.

We needed a toilet and vanity installed in a bathroom reno. Adam was great to work with. He returned my calls promptly and was able to get the job done very quickly. We even had an issue where our vanity had to be exchanged and he had to come back to complete the job. He was very accommodating. Thanks Adam!
