The summer of 2019 was the year that my wife and I made the decision to finally do the landscaping around our property. Our home had fallen to the wayside after having kids, due to lack of time to perform basic maintenance. Our primary interest was in reducing the amount of time required to maintain the outside of our home. Thus, we knew that we had to hardscape most of it and add a bit of softscaping (plants and trees etc.) also. I contacted 4 of the best reviewed and reputable landscaping companies in my area. Of all the companies, Matt from Paradise Home Landscaping made the best first impression on me. He was immediately very likeable and easy to talk to. He offered some great suggestions and more importantly, he listened to the vision of how I wanted our home to look. The next time I saw Matt, he provided me with a design idea of what the project would look like. Every idea/request that I mentioned to Matt on our first visit was implemented in his design. I was immediately very impressed. After meeting with all 4 companies, my wife and I had to now decide which company we were going to go with. We went with Paradise Home Landscaping and it was really a no-brainer. All 4 companies had a similar price-point, so cost was not a concern. After all, we know that “you get what you pay for”. What stood out the most was Matt. His customer service skills could not be matched by the other companies that we met with. Matt listens very well, has a very keen eye for detail, amazing design skills, and is very responsive to e-mails and texts. Matt clearly knows the importance of making the customer happy and has top-notch customer service skills. The first day that work began on our home, we met Matt’s crew which consisted of Matt himself, Allen, Zak, and Nick. The crew was very friendly and work extremely well together. I had the luxury of being at home for the duration of the project, which took about 3 weeks. I would say that our project was a large one because we landscaped the back of the house, the side yards and the front. It was a “total” landscaping project. The crew arrived early every morning and worked extremely hard, each-and-every day (regardless of whether). If you have never done a landscaping project on your own then you may not know how hard the work is. The work these guys perform is really back breaking. These guys move very quickly, carry a lot of heavy material, and also work in extreme weather. The days were very hot for pretty much the entire project. Folks, please be good to the crew and offer them water and drinks as it doesn’t take much to become dehydrated in that line of work. Keeping the crew hydrated serves to make them more efficient by keeping their energy levels up and benefits you by having the project completed in a timely manner. Matt’s customer service skills were very apparent throughout the entire project. He constantly kept me informed and involved of any critical decisions and he also gave me daily updates of the work progress…. simply amazing. I really wasn’t expecting that level of attention and I was very pleased. Any questions I had during the project were responded to by Matt very promptly via e-mail or text. Matt managed to keep the project timeline/turnaround time within the time frame he said the project would take. Matt and his crew executed the work with precision and the final project was spot on when you compare the finished product to the designs Matt presented to us initially. We were very, very pleased with the final project and quality of work. The transformation of our home was drastic, it really looks Amazing. We have received a lot of compliments from neighbors. I am very thankful that I learned about Paradise Home Landscaping and that I choose them to do our landscaping. Choosing the wrong company to do your project can be a nightmare. Moreover, I am extremely thankful that Matt and his crew also took on this project. I truly felt that I was in the presence of a “master” having Matt on this project. Folks, you would be hard pressed to find a company any better than Paradise Home Landscaping. For quality of work and customer service skills, they cannot be beat. You may get better pricing out there but you must also bear in mind that you really do get what you pay for. This isn’t the type of work that you want to skimp on cost. You want it done right the first time, period. You cannot go wrong choosing Matt and Paradise Home Landscaping. Let these guys transform your home into the “paradise” you envision your home being.

Matt and his team did an amazing job on our driveway. From the first time we met with him he was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to do our job earlier than anticipated which was great. Customer service was #1 and I would highly recommend

We redesigned our front patio with Paradise Home Landscaping and we couldn't be happier! Very hard working and fast crew; they helped pick out everything to go with our yard perfectly. The design was implemented impeccably and it couldn't have worked out better! No stress for us at all. Highly recommend.

Although limited, Paradise had good reviews, so we invited Bob to quote on redoing our driveway, front walkway, porch and side entrance. He has a laid back nature and was pleasant to deal with in designing the brick to be both distinctive and attractive. Both my wife liked that he had suggestions but was willing to let us make the decisions. The quote was reasonable. His crew was hard working, courteous and always left the job tidy. Bob said it would take 5-6 days and that's what it took. He kept us informed while it was happening. We recommend

We are more than thrilled with the services provided by Paradise Home Landscaping in April 2015. Sorry for the late review. Jason D. enthusiasm and vision brought together a design that complimented our house. His attention to detail and his keen eye for colour helped bring this project together seamlessly. From taking us out personally to a supplier to pick out a stone to being there everyday to oversee the project. The crew was there early everyday working tirelessly into the late afternoon in dismal weather. They were sure to clean up at the end of each day. Jason also helped coordinate with the asphalt company to do our driveway. Highly recommend this company and will definitely have them work on future projects. I hired Paradise Home Landscaping to remove my front patio walk way made up of old ugly patio slabs and replace them with a beautiful new paver walkway. Bob was very friendly and planned a great design. His team was fast and efficient. The job they did was amazing! Very professional , very affordable! I will be hiring them again to do my back yard

I hired Paradise Home Landscaping to remove an old retaining wall which was leaning into a fence. The job was complicated by space restrictions and a wall built of house blocks filled with mortar and rebar. I am very pleased with the job that Bob and his crew did. They were here early, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night. The crew was very pleasant and explained what they were doing and asked my approval when necessary. The new wall and walkway are a huge improvement. The price was as quoted even though they ran into some unexpected problems. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Paradise Home Landscaping to fix a very bad job that another company had done at the front of my home. I met with Bob and he made me feel very comfortable and assured me he could fix the mess that was there. He took time to show me brick colours, he even met me at the concrete place where he purchases his material. He drew me a computerized drawing to give me an idea as to what the front of my house would look like. I am so glad I went with Paradise Home Landscaping. I wanted to cry (in a good way) when I came home and saw what his crew had done. It was absolutely beautiful. I didn't think it was possible for such a mess to turn into something absolutely fantastic. The crew was fantastic, they did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. They completed my job in one day, where the other contractor took 3 weeks and still could not get it right. Please do not hesitate to hire Paradise Home Landscaping, you will not be disappointed. Just completed a 1200 sq/ft interlock paver job with Bob Woropay from Paradise Home Landscaping. Bob quoted the job the same day I phoned and spent a good amount of time listening to exactly what I wanted. He and his skilled crew did a wonderful job. The crew was professional, proficient and started work early. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. The job entailed a lot of cutting of the interlock and at one time I can remember 3 saws cutting at same time, having the right tools for the job makes a world of difference. I just told them what I wanted and they followed through. I felt like I got good value for all the service and hard work that was provided. I would highly recommend Paradise Home Landscaping

Amazing workmanship, crew was very pleasant. The work done was done above and beyond code and Bob came on time every time he payed attention to detail and walked us threw colour and brick type had a very good design sense and will do business with him again and recommend his work to every home owner.
