I recently used Safe Homes Barrie to perform the home inspection on a property in Midhurst, Ontario that I was considering purchasing. I have used home inspectors before but Andrew FAR EXCEEDED any inspection I have previously had. He was thorough in all aspects of the inspection and took the time to explain what was required to make fixes or improvements to any minor defect that he identified or what it would cost to remedy. When I decided to put an offer in on a century home built in the 1890s I knew I needed to bring in a specialist who is very experienced, thorough and honest. Andy is those things and the best at what he does because he has a deep passion for it, which fuels a strong commitment to protecting and informing buyers. He will literally cram himself into a tiny opening to get up into the attic for a thorough inspection. He explains all issues with the home and how they can be fixed.
