We made our purchase earlier this year with how stressful everything is in the market currently having an home inspection done correctly was really important to us and Andrew was very easy to work with and made the process very easy and he does a really great job, he will walk you through everything and even explain you what needs to be done to resolve the issues in a very effective and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend using them to avoid getting unexpected additional costs to when buying a home.

Andrew was very thorough in providing me a home inspection for a home I bought in Richmond Hill. Used Andy for our home inspection and he was extremely thorough. Examined every bit of the house in detail. If he was unable to thoroughly inspect something he would bring in an expert who could. Been referring Andy to my clients for many years. He does not conduct his work to please me (the agent). He conducts his work and job to ensure the buyer is fully aware of everything. I can’t imagine buying a house without a home inspection or dealing with anyone other than Safe Homes Canada. Andy is extremely thorough and knowledgeable having years of experience in the business and covered the house from top to bottom including the attic!
