I had been a customer of Blaze Alarms for approximately 10 years, initially hiring Ilan for monitoring the alarm system that had came with my home, as he was quite affordable at the time. Ilan later suggested that he install a camera system to enhance security. During the installation Ilan appeared inexperienced in camera systems, both in installation and operation, as the cameras were not compatible with the paired DVR, resulting in blurry images. The manufacturer eventually came out with a new system, which rectified the issue. Rather than offering to replace the old poorly working one, he charged me for a whole new system. Later, after requiring a replacement battery for the alarm, Blaze Alarms quoted me $82.00, however, I was able to purchase the exact same battery for $12.00, locally. Blaze Alarms soon started raising my alarm monitoring rates to the point that they were no longer affordable and I was forced to cancel our monitoring service. This past month Bell transitioned my internet from wired to fibre optics, causing the camera system to become inoperative. The Bell tech advised that the original installer, with his knowledge of the system, could easily rectify the programming. I reached out to Ilan and requested a service call. He responded, I don't have time to do service, too busy with work. You can try to find someone else to help you. I gave Blaze Alarm 3 stars because it accurately reflects their quality of work, lack of professionalism and respect for a long term customer, who always paid his bills on time.

This was installation of cameras for my home in Ontario. As I live in BC and need to monitor the house from the distance. I had set up installation by contacting Blaze Alarms on line. Ilan came and within few hours have installed the cameras and had set App for us to monitor. I was impressed with professionalism and workmanship. The cameras work great in all weather conditions and time of day. I would use Blaze Alarms again.

Ilan travelled north of the gta and set up several cameras for our commercial property. Very knowledgeable with great service too. Highly recommend Blaze Alarms.

Ilan installed outside cameras at my house.He was very professional and friendly. I had an issue with one of the cameras, and he was at my house the next day. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Ilan and his company to others without hesitation.

I first used Blaze Alarms 30 years ago, when we moved into our house. The service was prompt, intelligent and effective. Now, 30 years later I can say exactly the same and I would not hesitate to recommend Elan and his company to all my friends! -Roger

Ilan is the best, he responds to your calls immediately and trouble shoots effectively. If trouble is not resolved over the phone he comes to the location promptly. Very professional.

We had our first Blaze Alarm installed in 2004. Our second system followed in 2007 when we moved. Blaze Alarm always been available for follow up service. Count on a friendly, professional, true customer oriented provider.

We had a VOIP phone (Not hard wired) and Ilan helped set up our home security system in 2010. Few years ago when we installed a new door, we had an issue with our front-door sensors and he came by within 2 hours and fixed it. He is punctual, technically knowledgeable and always answers his phone. We have recently moved to a cellular security system with another vendor since their monthly monitoring fees could not be matched. My advise is to e-mail / fax Blaze alarms while cancelling their service or they will continue to charge you.

We have our alarm with this company. So far everything seems to be working fine. installation did not take very long and all items were free with 3 year contract. It costs the same as alarm force, but its a complete wired system and not rented equipment.
