    New Furnace & Central A/C

    Lancaster came highly recommended so we had high expectations. From sales to installation we were not disappointed. We are blown away their professionalism, workmanship, innovation, neatness & cleanup. They deal in top quality products & their people are second to none. Thanks Lancaster. Harold

    Booster Fan

    for years my booster fan was improperly installed, Mark spotted the disconnect (duct work), fixed it, the airflow increased dramatically. Mark's attention to detail is much appreciated!

    Furnace replacement

    I've been with Lancaster Heating and Cooling for at least ten years for my annual furnace, fireplace and ac maintenance, and their service and professionalism has always been top shelf. When my furnace started to go, I went directly to Lancaster for a replacement - no shopping around. Cassandra who sold me the furnace, and Wes and Yohan, who installed the furnace, were professional, provided exemplary customer service, and went above and beyond to address my questions and needs. The entire process from purchase, to installation, to post-installation customer-check-in was excellent. I simply cannot say enough good things about the products and services provided by Lancaster. In a nutshell, they are simply the best. And by the way, the Trane modulating furnace installed is remarkable.

    New AC & Furnace Installation

    We needed a new AC & furnace, so we obtained 3 quotes and chose Lancaster. Wesley and Johan did a fantastic job with the installation. Very clean, neat and professional. I can't believe how hard and fast they worked to get us up and running, with no issues. Lancaster did a great job for us and we are very happy to give them a great review. Daniel

    AC installation

    I looked up and got quotes from three companies and I got to choose this one for so many reasons like service, attention, pricing and availability. I am so happy with the unit, it is running great and perfect time it was installed thanks to Cassandra :). The guys that came for installation really do a great job too.

    Beware!

    Installation was good. Furnace that was installed was recalled and there was a class action lawsuit in progress. Follow up Service not so good. Beware of "Rob". Famous for overbilling and unnecessary repairs.

    Poor follow up service

    We have used this company in the past and were pleased with the service. After installing our new furnace I had some follow-up questions and requested that our thermostat be connected as promised. It took some time but the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

    furnace & air conditioning installation

    I had a new trane modulating furnace & trane air conditioning installed by Lancaster the installers were very professional and did a great job when they finished the installation there was no mess for me to clean up.Thanks Guys

    New furnace

    I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Cassandra. She went out of her way to get us the best price for a new furnace. (Modulating) Cassandra was great to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend her to any one of my family or friends. She was very patient and understanding. Thank you Cassandra! The young gentlemen, Mark and Pat that came to do the installation were wonderful as well. They were so polite and professional! Lastly, I would also like to thank Rick! You have a wonderful staff!

    Furnace and thermostat

    A professional and courteous technician came to install a thermostat for me. The company gave me a courtesy call as well, the technician also called to inform me he was in his way. As he was working, he noted an issue with the furnace and informed me that if the motor was not replaced than I would need a whole new furnace. He may have saved me thousands of dollars. He explained the issue in lay terms and I made an informed decision to change it. He had the product ordered and came the very next morning. I was very happy with the service.
