Cant say enough about this company and their expertise. They are incredibly knowledgeable and were very responsive. I have recommended them and will continue to do so

I ordered a residential elevator to Federal elevator a year ago, while we were in the process of ordering they were responsive however after I signed the contract paid the deposit they hided behind emails. the sale person never returned any call. the engineering department send documents that were not matched with their catalogue which caused a lot of delay in the construction process, they never visited the job site to help us to correct any road block in the elevator construction ( actually the were asking for paid visit). they delivered all orders in wrong color and still I'm trying to get that corrected. their technician stop working as soon as they face a challenge or a road blocker. the engineering and sale department do not answer any phone call ( I imagine the service department is the same). Still after a year I do not have a working elevator. stay away from this company at all cost.

Poor quality installation, very difficult talking to anyone, they never answer the phone but hid behind voice mail. Ask for a service call and they send the technician to the wrong city. Takes more than a week to get service. Should have never done business with this company!

Thanks for your help on our recent Federal Elevator project. Your installation and finishing crews were amazing! I was impressed by how clean the kept the area while they were working. Were looking forward to finalizing the inside of the elevator so we can have your photographer take some pictures.

Really upsetting. I am writing to confirm that I have not received any help to correct their mistake yet. Their produced cabin opening is misfitting with the current door opening. According to their email dated July 18, 2022 you sent the `next steps` file, which states someone would visit the site before the installation. We invited their `Installation` and `Engineering` sections to take the measurements with our email dated February 24, 2023. Against our written request why the measurements were not taken from the site? Before the installation your engineer made 2 inspections at the site. Why did he not notice the cabin opening is not matching the door opening which is just near to the external door? I completed my payment. Now this company is demanding more money to fix their mistake. Also they are not returning my calls. How do you call this company?

The entire process was seemless, from the first point of contact with the sales team to the final install. Very professional throughout, we were left with a great product and peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone looking for an elevator in their home

Had a great experience with the good folks over at Federal Elevator. Were in the process of installation and am so happy that elevator will be finished soon! We had some delays due to materials and they were super accommodating.

Very responsible salesman, Technicians were skilled and professional, just I had to wait for a long time for the different phases of the installation .

They did super satisfying job in my house. They are professional people who are in the business for decades. They know what they are doing and actually the most important, so punctual and loyal. I really recommend the Federal elevator for residential properties.

From the very start of the process I had nothing but a great experience with everyone. They stuck to their time lines and everyone from Sales to Installation to Final Inspection was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a lift/elevator.
