I orderered 2 big bags of their premium garden compost and was told I'd receive delivery the next day. 2 weeks of phone calls asking where my product was and finally I was given a delivery date. I took my fence down and left clear marker flags where to place the product. The driver stuck it in the middle of my parking pad making my pad unusable until I used the product. As it was raining and I was starting my work week, I didnt get to look at the product for an additional week. What I saw looked more like what home builders back fill lots with than "premium garden compost". I called to complain and was told I needed to say something within 24 hours so I was stuck with 2 yards of weed filled fill. I dont own a truck so I used it to grade a low spot in my yard and was forced to order from another service. They where dishonest about the delivery date and sent me the wrong product weeks later and offered no remedy to the situation placing it all on me. Do not use.

They listed medium fir bark at $90/yard on their website. I went there to pick it up and found out they charge by weight (they tare your truck and then weigh you after they load you). I ordered a yard and ended up paying $120! What kind of company lists a price based on volume, takes your order by volume, and then charges you by weight???Answer: Burnco! (My $30 joke of the day: I got burned at Burnco). Cherries on top, I got lots of bonus rocks in my yard of bark and, judging by the size of the yard of soil I got the next day at Canar, Burnco provided less than a yard of material in the first place. Landscapers must have lots of money to "burn", to keep a place like this in business. They definitely won't get another dollar from me.

I placed my 1st big bag order with Burnco Landscape Centre for 20MM round white rocks. The website was easy to navigate and the picture of the product was quite accurate. The volume calculator was helpful too. It was delivered on the date I chose and in the correct stop according to my delivery directions. I'm very happy with my hassle-free purchase! Bonus that they take Air Miles. Thank you Burnco, I'll definitely be back for my next landscaping project!

I had a bad experience with Burnco Landscape Center as they did not deliver my order and have taken my money before the delivery, until today i did not get my refund back

Brunco gave us great service and had exactly what we needed. Their location in Balzac is very convenient for those in the NE. We purchased landscaping rock. They also have many other options for rock and flower pots.

We had to get our driveway paved because we have a rough rocky driveway and there were bumps and holes all down the driveway . we went to burnco because we heard they were amazing and they were. they did an excellent job and were very efficient with there work.

We needed some decorative rock to top off existing rock on our property. I was very pleased to learn that Burnco delivers bags of landscaping material directly to your property. We ordered one of their 'Big Bags' of 10mm tanned stone and were anticipating a modest bag (about a cubic yard, as per the Burnco website). We were surprised to see the very generously-sized bag that was delivered! The delivery was fast and efficient, we had the product delivered the day following our request, and they were very courteous in ensuring that the bag did not block the driveway or sidewalk. The price was fair, and includes delivery and the bag. We also received air miles for our purchase, which was an added perk. Very pleased with the company's consideration, would highly recommend!

We ordered 14MM washed round rock from the BaLZAC SHOP, IT WAS DELIVERED BY truck FOR US. It was exactly what we ordered and they didn't wreck anything putting in near the house in the back yard. The product is perfect for what we needed and the driver was great.

Our driveway was done by Burnco through our builder, but I loved the job so much I asked them to do our patio as well. We dealt with Bob, and had aggregate concrete done. I specifically asked for washed, not sandblasted, as I felt it looked nicer. Really nicely done and even on the driveway. Back patio not quite as perfect but good enough. We get lots of compliments on our driveway!!!

We were adding more stone to an existing brick deck. They helped us select the best brick to match, figured out how much brick, sand and gravel we we need, they were right on. The guys helped load up the stones, Love their gravel front end loader service, years ago it was a optional charge, now it seems just part of the service.
