The Renovators was one of the 8 different companies that I negotiated with for our renovations project. The project included 24 stairs covered in wood, replacing railings, hardwood on main floor and total basement renovations. Brad Iron at Renovators was one of the main reasons why we decided to work with them: clear, concise, flexible, helpful and available at any time. Pricing, clear contract showing what is included and what is not, timelines and references all made us decide working Renovators. The start date was determined way in advance, materials selection and schedule was provided in advance, as well. During the process, Brad was inspecting the work every day and we could reach him at any time for any potential adjustments. They always kept a clean and safe work place. Brad kept an eye on every piece of work performed by various teams. Again, he was very helpful, flexible and totally open minded! All teams arrived on time (sometimes even earlier!) and they did the work they were supposed to be doing. Special mentions for Ken and his partner that worked on the drywall part with a speed and quality hard to imagine! Later in the stages, Brad left for his vacation and the manager, Perry, took over the project. Highly professional and friendly attitude gave us the definite support we needed. The overall timeline was respected and the project was considered a success. Renovators also guarantee their work and anything that is not up to the client satisfaction will be redone. The contract you sign includes also a one year follow up, which shows again that they are ready to stand behind their work. Overall, good service, friendly and professional! We would definitely consider Renovators for any future projects.

Their business culture in identifying and delivering the customer’s needs shows in their attention to detail, project control and emphasis on the quality of the finishes. After substantial research and several quotes, we hired Perry and the TROC team for a fairly substantial kitchen reno and some additional work. Perry was very professional, honest and courteous. The work was done well without cutting corners. Like any renovation there were issues, but Perry had them fixed including the final and small details at the end. I would recommend TROC.

The work that we had contracted for, was done efficiently and on time. Workers were courteous and displayed knowledge about my project. They were always on time and cleaned up after each work day.

Hello Perry, Today Greg completed the renovations to both washrooms at our home. Please know that the work he did was very well done. He maintained attention to detail, was precise and meticulous in all the various types of work he did and always enquired if it was to our satisfaction. When he encountered problems with replacing the faucet in the lower level washroom he was resourceful in seeking out the required part and persisted until the job was done with absolutely no leaks. Thank you for sending us such an expert trades person to renovate our washrooms. Since your first visit to our home to provide us with an estimate you gave me the impression of being competent and very knowledgeable in home renovations. You provided me with some excellent suggestions and your pricing was very detailed but yet also very competitive. Throughout the process of the work being done you were quick to respond to my emails and phone calls enquiring about aspects of the job and pricing for changes. Even though unforeseen problems were encountered while completing the job, your pricing for additional costs were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend The Renovators for any kitchen renovation you may be considering. The workmanship was top notch. Every member of the crew was professional, polite and very reliable. As with every job there were unexpected snags and whenever anything came up and it did, resolutions were found quickly and always to our satisfaction. The crew was on time and if they were to be late we were advised. Each evening before they left the house it was cleaned up and safe for the family and pets.

Perry came to quote job. Used my existing ceramics via expert tiler,Ronald- He stayed til 10 one nite and used the last tile Generally versatile, not cheapest, fairly complete and quite satisfied changed complete look of kitchen and big hall. (was 30 old carpet) Only desired industrial rubber ,high traffic "marmute" which the team couldn't find. Thanks guys
