I reached out to a number of potential contractors through an extensive Google search and David from TROC responded quickly and asked to set-up a meeting at my home to discuss what I was looking for. All of the other contractors were asking for measurements and info that I wasnt ready to decide on yet. David was really professional and personable and gave me the right amount of options. I ended up deciding to go with a much more extensive Reno than I initially contemplated. Cesar was the project manager and did a La amazing job of helping me make decisions about what was needed and the various options I had and helped me manage my expectations around timing and what life would look like during the Reno. David and Cesar (and all of the contractors that I met) were so professional and understanding of the stress of the Reno and did everything they could to keep things on time and on budget. Thank you!! TROC will be my future go-to for any work I need done.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to deal with The Renovators of Canada. David gave us a clear and very fair estimate for the job, he was polite, attentive and thorough with the job description. Once the job started, Cesar, their contractors Lead hand, made sure that all the trades were well organized and lined up to every facet of the project. All the contractors were knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs, polite and well mannered. The job was completed as expected, the contractors clean their work area and David and Cesar returned to inspect the final job and confirm all was up to expectations. I will call them again for any future projects and recommend them without hesitation.

T-ROC is an amazing contracting company. They are honest, upfront and no surprises. Very professional and great quality work. All their trades are friendly and very respectful.

I hired TROC to do a full basement renovation. Tearing down the old walls, built a bathroom & changed the water heater. They were able to get started on the job quickly, they built everything with techniques and materials that resulted in a great quality. What I liked the most about TROC is how they were able to solve any problem and make the most out of the space I had available.

We had TROC do extensive renovations on our new house in Toronto. Cesar and Perry did an outstanding job on our house. They were there every step of the way, were responsive, knowledgeable and caring of our situation knowing we had young kids waiting to move in. They were able to coordinate getting full central air installed from scratch, masonry work, asbestos removal, extensive plumbing, structural wall removal, basement windows replaced, new railing installed and numerous other items done all within 2 and a half months. Truly remarkable what they were able to accomplish in that timeframe. The work isnt cheap but the quality and care are worth it if you want the job done right.

Perry and his team did a great job finishing part of our basement. They framed and installed drywall to finish the ceiling, installed flooring, framed a window, and painted the whole room. It looks great! Right from our first contact with Ronald to working with William and his team, and finishing off with Ali and Danny. All the workers are skilled, experienced, and dedicated. They were also very friendly and respectful. Communication was always very clear, either in person, by phone, or email. The work progress and invoices were conveniently shared with us on the Buildertrend website. Thank you to Perry and his team. We are very happy with our finished basement.

Mold remediation done in basement study last year. The Renovators of Canada staff did drywalling, rebuilding of wood file cabinets, installing luxury vinyl flooring, and painting including cabinets. Powder room also repainted. Great job done-Cesar, Mehmet and William who demonstrated dedication, skill, and hard work-pleasure to have them working in our home.

We hired TROC to install shelves in various rooms in our house and to re-seal the bathrooms (as the silicone was coming off). There were some key attributes that I really appreciated from this company: 1. Communication: Provided a clear and detailed quote Their timelines and arrival times were clear and communicated ahead of time Ron was always available if I had any questions 2. Quality of work The work was very well done Surfaces were protected They cleaned up well after 3. Staff These were the nicest bunch of people I've ever had work for me. Everyone was really friendly and pleasant to be around. 10/10 would hire again

I oringally hesitated to contact The Renovators of Canada because our job seemed a little too small. We just wanted to remove the stucco from our ceiling and install potlights throughout the main floor. But I was wrong. TROC treated us like we were their most important customer. The communication throughout was amazing. They began on time, kept us informed about the progress each day and what would happen the next day, finished a couple of days ahead of schedule and came in under budget. They were completely professional, very curteous and very considerate of us as they worked. I would absolutely use The Renovators of Canada again.

Used this company to do a load bearing wall removal. Every step of the process was great. Very transparent, on time, available for questions and kept the project exactly on track and scope. Received daily updates and photos as work progressed. Highly recommend.
