We had a really wonderful experience working with Perry, Cam and Rodney. They were very honest and found another way to do the job which resulted in being under budget. The quality of their work was clean and professional. Communication was clear, consistent and accessible. Everything was done professionally, with clear agreements, invoicing and reporting (using a great app). We experienced a slight delay at one point, but even that was due to an extenuating circumstance, and there was always communication. The team cleaned the house quite well on the way out and were respectful of our home and daily routine. Strongly recommend this team for any home project.

Hired T-Roc to convert a basement to a legal unit. Plus removing a load baring wall on the main floor. A rather large project. I got quote from 20 contractors and chose T-Roc to do the job. In my first interaction, Perry impressed me with his personality and with work ethics. It turned out not only he is a genuine person, but also the work quality was great. Highly recommend.

My experience with T-ROC was awesome and I cannot say enough great things about them! T-ROC built us an aesthetically pleasing, solid outdoor front and rear wood decks for our semi-detached home in Toronto in a timely manner, with excellent service and execution throughout. They were highly organized, attentive, detail oriented, transparent, flexible, accessible, and swift in their responses and site follow-up, which I highly valued. T-ROC assessed the site carefully, prepped properly and were organized and operationally tidy the entire time. I made a couple of additional requests (wire mesh and metal sheet installation), and T-ROC incorporated these without any issue. Perry, at the helm, is top notch to work with and he oversaw the project from scope to completion, including budgeting, hiring a structural engineer and to obtaining the required permits. I found him professional, honest, reliable, organized and accommodating to our requirements for implementation, not to mention his patience as we worked through the initial wood selection. Our project stayed on budget, and in fact there was even a refund from the initial material deposit which we opted to use to undertake a few extra items. Throughout the project it was apparent that Perry’s commitment to delivering excellence in construction and service trickles down to his team. Cam, our Contractor Site Supervisor, was super nice, uber smart and talented, and constantly thinking outside the box to solve and navigate site issues that arose. Cam never failed to present options with sketches for our approval prior to execution. We were always notified of the next day’s work plan. Cam worked well and in a respectful manner with the City’s inspectors and our neighbors. His crew, Rodney and Anthony, showed up each morning with a great attitude and work ethic despite the challenges presented by the weather and pandemic. I was able to check-in on the project in detail remotely via T-ROC’s software, which I found invaluable, with T-ROC’s posting site updates up to twice a day with photos, videos, daily logs, future day’s work plan, emails, including files of project drawings and finances. This kept me very well informed, as if I was on-site at all times. I highly recommend T-ROC to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional contracting company whether for a small or large project. Excellent standards of work, impeccable service, and they listen, offer options, and then advise appropriately. This really helped take the stress out of our project… and they are super nice guys to work with. I am already looking forward to working with T-ROC on our next project!

I recently purchased an old Toronto semi-detatched home that had almost top to bottom knob and tube wiring. Perry, Cam, and team did an excellent job re-wiring the entire house, and repairing the plaster work after the extensive demo work required. They are highly professional, communicative, and accommodating. They worked hard to make a tight completion timeline over the holidays while I was out of town, and kept me fully in the loop with tons of pictures and daily updates. I'll likely be doing more work on the house in the future and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new bathroom! To save costs, I sourced all the fixtures, the free-standing tub and the vanity (not included in the $13,500 cost I've recorded here). T-Roc provided the tiles, installed pot lights, an exhaust fan and made a custom glass shower door. Workmanship was terrific and performed in a timely manner. The end result is quite lovely!

Guys did my 4 bathroom exhausts. Just look at the pics of 2nd floor exhaust in Attic. Exhaust pipes are just hanging in attic, when I asked "specialist" he tells this is way they do for every house. I told him this is not per Ontario code and I will have mold issues but he never agreed. I have to ask another company to vent the exhaust out of roof property which is adding to the cost. 2 extra stars are for the marketing / manager who at least responded promptly. Update to the review : I realized I was being generous giving them 4 stars while really I should not recommend these guys. I was quoted for $2500 for kitchen exhaust relocation by these guys vs $450 I am paying to another contractor. Stay away..

Personnel experienced and friendly. Work done through the covid crisis and all workers were masking, distanced and areas were covered in plastic sheeting to minimize the covid concern and minimize dust spread. Timing was off slightly with shortages of materials and some price increases were up. Always aware of next steps and all work was photographed and passed on for our update

I had a shower reno done in Kitchener by Robbie and Adam. It was a complete gut, rebuild, and tile. They did a great job and I'm quite happy with the end result. I was working from home at the time and really enjoyed being able to give my input as the job progressed. And warned when it was going to get really noisy! At the end of the day everything was kept reasonably clean. Next up is a kitchen reno and TROC will definitely be our first choice.

We are very happy with the results of our renovation Perry, Cam and all the crew were all very professional and kind. We always knew where our budget was at all times and they were helpful if changes needed to be made during the project. We would highly recommend for a large or small project.and will definitely hire them again for any future projects at our Temple or our residences.
