Very good improvement to exterior of home, outlasts shingled roof, cost will be less over years. Transferable warranty to new owners,nice selection of colors, workers very pleasant did a good job.

It was time for a new roof and seeing how I am planning on staying at my house for many years to come, I decided to invest in a metal roof and pay double the amount I would with regular shingles (but at least I wouldn't have to worry about replacing it hopefully for the time I will be at this house!). My rear neighbours (not pictured) used this company and were satisfied so I decided to go with them as well. The salesman I dealt with was okay. I met with him in Oct/15 and arranged to have the install in the spring time. Come spring (just a few weeks ago), I had the install arranged and they estimated a day to install. Unfortunately they did not deliver enough of the material so it was extended to two days for install, which I was not upset about. The crew worked efficiently and were pleasant enough. What I am upset about is two things: 1. The after-install cleanup. The installer had me sign off on a "survey form" indicating certain services were done, like showing me pictures of cleaned-out eavestrophs and clean-up of all materials. Well the installer was done at about 8:45PM and it was dim outside so it looked like it was clean. However, I'm still finding metal pieces bigger and small around the perimeter of my house. As well, the pictures he showed me of the cleaned eavestrophs were the pictures of the eavestrophs he cleaned on one side of the garage. The eavestrophs on the other side of the garage? Not clean and had a lot of the old shingle debris in it (I could see it from my bedroom window). I don't know if the eavestrophs on the upper section of my house have been cleaned as I only saw that one pic of eavestrophs having been "cleaned". 2. Damage to my new eavestrophs themselves. The workers only used the yellow "gutter protectors" which prevented ladders from damaging eavestrophs when leaned against them, they did not use them all the time. They also leaned materials against the eavestrophs. As a result, there are some scratches and dings on my eavestrophs (as seen in one picture). There is no way I can prove that they did this, but I did just get the eavestrophs late last year and I have not leaned anything against them. Anyway, I'm not going to label the workers as incompetent or completely careless; for the most part I am happy with the work they did. I would have appreciated a little more attention and honesty, but their jobs are difficult and tiring and I appreciate the risk and dangers they go through to complete the work. But when I keep in mind the amount of money I am paying, I will speak up when I am not completely satisfied. I am still happy with the product and the way it looks though and if anyone were to ask me where I got it done I would let them know.

In march 2015 London eco-roof installed my new roof between two snow storms. What an amazing experience. From sales to installation to follow-up everything was done as promised. The selection on colors and tile shape was excellent and we were able to do a perfect match to the existing aluminum trim. What I expected to be a two to three day install was completed in one day. I was concerned the steel roof would be noisy during a heavy rain but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. Very quiet. I have had many people passing by stop to look at it and comment. I truly believe this product has increased the value of our home more than double the cost of the new roof. Love the color, love the look and mostly love the no maintenance.

The crew showed up on a Wednesday morning and by Friday noon we had a fantastic new roof. The crew was very professional, cleaned up every day and left the job site spotless. I am so thankful that I will never have to worry about a new roof again.

The new roof looks great. Robert was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various roofing systems and good (but not pushy!) at promoting the London Eco-Roof system. The work crew was quick and efficient and cleanup at the end of the job was good. Many neighbours came by while our roof and a neighbour's roof were being installed, to comment and ask questions and I believe that has resulted in a few more sales in the neighbourhood. This is a new installation so I cannot comment on performance yet but everything that I have seen here and in Europe gives me confidence that this is a good choice.

I think this is a great product. It looks good and hopefully will last. The problem is with the installation. I got an inexperienced crew and if I were not on guard they would have installed the strapping incorrectly. Fortunately, they fixed the problem. The ridge caps were a bit crooked but they came back and fixed it mostly. The company must spend more time training their workers properly.

***initial review*** I contracted LondonEco Roof back in 2015 to install my roof for a 1700 sqft home in Woodbridge, Ont. I especially told Kham ( the sales rep ) that I want the valleys to have straight cuts and I showed him a picture on how "not to do it". I was assured that yes, that installation i have in the picture is wrong and it will not be like that. I waited and when the crew came I took a day off. They started working and when I saw that they cut the valleys too short, I escalated to Kham. Kham had an inspection coming next day and the old crew was gone and it was replaced with Robert's crew. Robert's crew was very very knowledgeable and you could see that he knows what he is doing. He had the main guy a polish guy who was excellent. In the end the installation was finished but the first fiasco left me with doubts. I had to email a lot to get the warranty and the booklet with discounts for referrals. I used 2 referrals for 2 of my friends that I recommended and I haven't heard from them at all. It is sad that a company would chose to ignore their customers after they got the money. I am still waiting for the referral rebate for 2 other customers and frankly speaking I doubt that this review will make it happen, but i still have hope. *** Update - Homestars reviews work*** Kham contacted me a couple of days ago , he apologized and he gave me a cheque for the 2 referrals. I would recommend to the company to introduce a post installation email customer satisfaction survey ( 6 months to 1 year after the installation) to ensure that if there are issues that are unresolved, they can pick them up and deal with them in a timely manner. This will avoid the negative reviews due to unresolved issues. As I mentioned, the product is excellent, the second installation crew was great. So good product with good installations, wrapped in good customer service is the recipe for success. We have had 3 roofs put on by London Eco-Roof on income properties we own. They did a great job at a fair price on each one. They stand behind their product and make sure the customer is happy.

Had my roof done this spring, buy London EcoMetal ! I am very pleased with the results. The men that came to putting it on we're professional and very courteous. They acknowledge me every morning and left no mess any night when they left. Andrew, the sells representive called daily, to made sure things were going well and even stopped in a few times to check for himself. My house looks like it's had a total makeover and I'm vary happy with the results ! Thank you for the great experience !
