Frustrating and disappointing experience with this service. I am extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend this company

I sent a request online for two services and they called me in two days. The duct cleaners came first and kept the place clean while they did the work. Then the carpet cleaners came and finished it off nicely. Prices were as quoted. Professional and honest one stop shop.

I called Paul at the ISO offices and booked an appointmant to have my offices cleaned. His carpet cleaners were professional and couteous. They even called to let me know they were on the way. The cleaned the carpet so well, it looked like knew. They just save me a few thousand dollars on replacement. Thank you Paul, and thank ISO.

My wife had actually booked this job to happen while I was to be working from home. Plans changed and when I called ISO to rebook they were clear and helpful on the phone. They offered me a few other time slots and everything worked out. The job itself was done in the time they promised and unlike the company we had out a couple of years ago.. they explained what the heck they were doing. I am not going to get too excited about Duct Cleaning but the price seemed fair and the guys were clean and on time. Sure thats to be expected but as many of us know... it is not always the norm. I would call them back again no problem. On another note. The guys didn't leave a card or flyer behind.

I at contacted Paul At ISO to arrange for cleaning of air ducts. His local service provider called promptly and arrranged the services at a timely fashion. They were very professional called ahead to say they were on their way. Arrived on site and addressed a concern that I had with a rattle in the vent which they put a camera into the ducts and rectified the problem. They were very courtious and Professional. I would defintely recommend them to my friends and business associates in the future
