    In and out in one day before the rain falls

    I called Top Roofers after watching them working on the roof replacement near my home in a morning. Bruno came and went on roof to exam the site. Then he presented the quote with his companys standard template. This was my first time doing roof replacement and I had no idea what to expect. But his template clearly detailed what to prepare before install new roof, what materials to supply, what to replace including shingles, air vent, and some other works such as install new heaven-gauge pre-pained steel for the chimney, seal all new and existing roof flashings using high-grade caulking, replace existing plumbing vent flashings, clean eavestroughs completely. The other thing I want to highlight. After he went on roof to exam the site, he told me that we don't need to replace the roof above the sunroom. This saved me some cost for the job!! We had a quote before. But no one mentioned that to us. They started work as per schedule and completed the job less than a day, just 10 minutes before the rain falls. They covered all working area around the home before starting and they cleaned up after the work was done. They used a tool to remove all nails as well. Great team! Great job! We did discover an issue that the air vent on sunroom. Bruno re-examined right away and offered to fix it the next day with a reasonable cost. And they did. They installed new air vent and new metal flushing. Overall, we are very happy with their work. Wed love share our experience with Top Roofers. Thank you Bruno and all your roofers!

    Leaf guard installation

    Bruno installed the leaf guard in our house and were very satisfied with his work. Weve known him for a long time and hes the only one that we trust to do any roof repair or replacement in our properties. I have also recommended him and his company to my other friends and theyre also satisfied with his work. The good thing about him is if you have any problem , you can always call him and he will be there. Hes very reliable. Keep up the good work.

    flat roof renovation

    Excellent Roof Replacement Experience

    Bruno was extremely knowledgeable, candid with his recommendations and easy to get ahold of throughout the duration of our install. His and his crew's many years' roofing experience was evident in their professionalism and quality of the finished product. Would highly recommend.

    Roofer

    Fantastic job. From start to finish. Bruno and his crew were super professional and polite. Highly recommend him. From the initial phone call, getting the job done on time and to wrap up- never had a complaint.

    New roof and balcony

    Bruno was very thorough with our roof renovations; he also coordinated in having our two balconies upgraded. Finally, he also repaired a wall in the foyer. He fixed our garage roof years ago, and we called him back for the 2020 renos. Great job!!

    Roof replacement

    We recently had our roof replaced by Top Roofers and were extremely satisfied. First of all, when we called to inquire, we were able to make an appointment for the next few days. Bruno, the owner, came to see our house a few days later -- exactly at the time he had promised (already a step beyond what a couple of other roofing companies had done -- or not done.) Bruno listened to our story (leaking around the chimney flashing and under one corner) and looked carefully at the roof. He spoke clearly and knowledgeably about what he thought was the problem, and made some concrete suggestions. He then actually went up on the roof to look and to do some measurements. HIs estimate was extremely detailed and again, very clear as to the job that he proposed. It compared very favourably in detail and in price with another well-known roofing company in our area. On the day the job was to be done his crew showed up with an astonishing amount of materials and equipment (we were replacing the entire roof.) I initially panicked, worrying about possible damage to my garden borders, but Bruno showed no impatience with my concern. He listened to me and then talked to his crew chief, and they made sure to cover and protect my plants to the very best of their ability. I really appreciated their work, and I particularly appreciated Bruno's patience with me. The crew worked very efficiently and carefully, and the cleanup was also extremely well done. Bruno came back to check the job and make sure that everything had been done to his high standards. Although this wasn't exactly a job we wanted to do... (who actually WANTS to replace their roof...?) we were very happy that we had chosen to have Top Roofers do the job.

    Repair done even 7 years after install.

    Had Top Roofers install a new roof back in 2013. They did a very good job at that time. They guarantee their workmanship for 10 years and the shingles (CRC Bilmore fiberglass shingles), had a 30 year warranty. Just last week three shingles came off in a clump. They literally slid off the roof. I called Bruno at Top Roofers and he said he would come by to take a look. He came by this morning and within 45 minutes, the three shingles were repaired and the roof looks like it should. Our thanks to Bruno and Top Roofers for ensuring our roof is intact, especially as rain is called for today and later int he week. I highly recommend Bruno and Top Roofers for not only their original work, but also for showing up with no hassles to repair the roof 7 years after the initial install.
