Anjac has completed three different projects in our home so far. They will be starting the main bathroom in the New Year. They are highly skilled and professional and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Anjac Construction to do a basement reno for us. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. From start to finish Andrew, Steve and the rest of their team met and exceeded all of our expectations. Andrew was truly able to bring our vision for this space to life. Anytime we had questions he made the time to listen and always offered solutions and design suggestions when my husband and I were stumped! Among these very important solutions & suggestions, was incorporating 2 built-in walk-thru access openings for a cats!!! Andrew and his team were always on time and extremely tidy. There was never a moment when we found the reno disruptive. It was always reassuring to see constant progress on the job and Andrews presence on a daily basis was a testament to his commitment to oversee this project and maintain the integrity and quality work Anjac is known for. After encountering a hiccup with our cabinet order (thru one of the box stores) I was stressed and frustrated. While I worked on resolving the issue, Andrew remained understanding, helpful and flexible. Once again, reassuring us that he actually cared about the project completion and that he wanted to see his clients happy. Everybody wants a finished basement that is absolutely amazing to hang out in with family & friends and that is exactly what Andrew and the Anjac team gave us. We contracted ANJAC Construction to install hardwood floors on our main level. Andrew helped us select the most appropriate flooring to suite our needs and installed it flawlessly. The work was completed on time and well within our budget. With their superior knowledge of home construction and personable, professional business manner, I would HIGHLY recommend ANJAC Construction to anyone.

I heard great reviews from 2 of my collegues prior to meeting Andrew and his crew. I knew that if these other people liked his work, he must be good! Immediately, I was impressed with Andrew's honesty and professionalism. He was able to tell me exactly what need to happen to get the job done and give me an accurate quote. His crew was respectful of my home and family as the kids were home on summer vacation while they were doing the job. They tidied up all the tools and debris daily and did their best to keep the disruption to a minimum as they were working on renovating the majority of my main floor living space. At the last minute my husband and I decided to ask Andrew to install our baseboards as we originally thought we would do this part of the job ourselves. Andrew made every effort to fit us into his schedule to get them installed and they did a great job! During the process, if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. My main floor looks amazing and we get loads of compliments on all the work that was done. I don't hesitate to give out his business cards to anyone who needs a contractor. My husband and I are looking forward to having our upstairs renovated and working with ANJAC Construction again.

Steven and Andrew were a joy to work with. With our first foray into a major renovation, they made it possible for us to continue living while they did their quality work around us. We immediately booked them to start another area.

We had Andrew from ANJAC complete backsplash and cupboard lighting in the kitchen and some crown moulding in different rooms upstairs. We are thrilled with the results and have received many compliments on the work. Andrew was professional and very approachable with any questions we had about the work. The kitchen was also left in a cleaner condition than when Andrew started. I would recommend ANAJC to ANYONE looking to have work done in their home because they treat it like their own. Thank you again Andrew, everything looks great.

I had Andrew and Steve in to finish the basement of our home after much deliberation and shopping around. My first impression was that they were extremely professional and were very helpful in pointing out potential issues and developing an amazing layout. Once the plan was set, they were fast to get the work underway and I was amazed at how quickly the basement progressed and at the high quality of their work. Andrew and Steve were very open and honest about all the cost involved and were only too happy to answer any questions that my wife and I had along the way. Overall, we are very happy with the finished product and are always excited to entertain others in our new rec room. We have received nothing but positive comments on our basement and have been asked numerous times already who had completed the project. My wife and I are only too happy to recommend ANJAC to those who ask and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would recommend Anjac Construction to anyone., They are highly professional, the job was well done and on time. Andrew Simpson is a great contractor, very professional and efficient. I am planning my next project and Anjac will be the only company I call.

We had Andrew and Steve re-do our ensuite bathroom two years ago and were so pleased that we had them come back last year and take apart our first floor. They replaced carpet with hardwood, re-did the powder room, the laundry room, took out a fireplace and did all new trim for the entire first floor and the upstairs hall. They are very conscientious and hardworking men who work through the day with minimum breaks. Their estimates are exact and very thorough and right on budget. No surprises! I would certainly have them back for other projects and have and would recommend them to my friends.

Steve and Andrew turned our barren unfinished basement into a warm, inviting and best of all, functional space for our young family. We can now use it to entertain, play, hang out, work out, etc. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they stuck to their timeline and budget, which was really important to us having to live through a reno with small children. I felt they brought experience and quality work to the project. I never once felt like I was being hustled or 'sold' into something we didn't want. We now have 3 useable areas within our large open space complete with a 3 piece bath and a custom wet bar. We couldn't be happier! Thanks again Anjac, for all your hard work.
