    Chimney Sweep

    John from Able did a fabulous job for me; cleaned the chimney, checked the chimney on my roof and provided photos of same; recommended source of new fire screens and came back to me, at no cost, to exchange the old bent screens for new screens. Cant say enough about courtesy and high level of professionalism extended by John.

    Fireplace clean-out

    John and team cleaned-out our airtight wood-burning fireplace west of Cochrane last week. Excellent work, courteous and thorough. John assessed the stove and placement relative to stove bylaws and regs and made a few suggestions to ensure compliance for insurance purposes should there be a fire and insurance claim - much appreciated. Thanks guys. Will definitely have you back in a year or two. Bob

    Home fireplace chimney sweep.

    We booked a sweep on fairly short notice. Jerry and Jamie did a good job, were very efficient and friendly, and didn't leave any mess. We'll certainly use them again.

    Chimney Cleaning - one time & tried for a 2nd time...but NOPE!

    My Husband and I had this company out in early September to clean the chimney of a house we just bought. The onsite work was good. They were given my Husband's phone number, as he was home during the cleaning. Well, as first time wood stove users, we mucked something up and needed it cleaned again. I proceed to call in, and provide another phone number, as Tina said John would call me to talk about my smoke issue. After I called in again, Tina didn't have the right phone number again. Gave her the right number again. John called & then came out and confirmed my chimney needed to be cleaned again. I appreciated this. I booked a visit, provided my phone number again. This is the Second - Forth time, I've provided a different phone number! Well the day of the cleaning comes, and its Noon. No one has showed up, so I call. Tina, says, I left you a voicemail. No one has called me at the phone number that i have provided 2-4 different times previously. She left a voicemail AT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AGAIN!! <--this is why i DO NOT recommend this company.

    Chimney sweeping and inspection.

    Seal Chimney

    Able Sweeps came out and sealed my chimney as requested and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and did the job quickly. I we recommend them to anyone!

    Wood fireplace servicing

    They where quick, professional, and they fixed the damper free of charge. I will continue to use their services, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Ps. I'm not from Toronto, I life in Calgary.

    Top sealing chimney dampers

    We have two fireplaces and had issues with smoking being drawn into our basement when we used our upstairs fireplace. Able installed two top sealing dampers and all our draft issues were gone. It great reduced the cold air drafts too. They did a great job.
