Started strong then ghosted
Originally contracted their services for electric roller blinds in 2018. Was impressed with them after interviewing a few other providers. Started strong and even visited once post installation to check on an issue I had.
I reached out again in late 2024 as there was an issue. It would have been fine if they said they wouldn't help given the length of time but I was going to use them if I needed to replace the blinds. But owner did respond and said that they would send someone. After back and forth for a few months they just stopped responding. I don't appreciate being ghosted and just declining at some point because it is out of warranty wouldn't have been appreciated. Especially since it would have been obvious that if I was going to replace the blinds I would have stuck with them
