Non-responsive Chasing them down several times a week to try to follow up on our order and book a second repair appointment Chestermere location was eager and quick to book the initial repair appointment, but getting them to come back with the ordered parts or even respond to email was a nightmare. Havent had a working appliance for well over a month, I wish I had gone with a more established provider than this unreliable mom and pop shop that wanted the initial appointment but are no where to be found to come back with the right parts to fix it. I needed a washer repair< so i booked the technician to diagnose the problem. But they neither called to provide the specific time of the visit, nor they came. I booked for the second time - the same story. A very unreliable company.

They took the money and freezer never got fixed. We are talking about $450 here which I could have bought new freezer with it. Called back 7 times and I was told someone was gonna call me back and never heard back. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

Review Google. This is a terrible company. Technician came in viewed the problem came back day or two later. I paid for a new mechanism that he had issues with installing. My icemaker has never worked properly since he left. (That would be Sam). Today I have a new repair person coming, from another company.

The staff are very friendly and set me an appointment right away. The technician came on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my fridge and fixed it. Now it works perfectly! I highly recommend Mr Appliance Calgary!

Door needed repair. One hinge was loose and one screw had fallen into back of microwave.

When I called their customer care for a sevice they informed me its just $80 for the inspection. But the technician charged $130 for 5 min inspection. I called them again 3 to 4 times to get a satisfactory explanation. No one responds to my questions. Never recommended. They are coming to your home for overcharging . Stay away from this company

Mr Appliance charges a fee of approx $100 to come out and give you a quote on a repair. If you go ahead with the repair, the $100 goes towards the cost. I had just moved into a house and on day 2, the dishwasher broke. The repair person quoted me $350 to repair it, with no guarantee it would work. I decided not to go ahead with the repair (a new dishwasher was a safer option). In the future, I will likely do a bit more research as to what's wrong with the machine before gambling on the $100 service call, as I was definitely not prepared for such a high quote. But I definitely did appreciate the repair person's honesty that there was no guarantee the dishwasher would work after the repair.
