They did amazing work!

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible service we received from Manny and his team! From start to finish, the team was nothing short of professional, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring that every aspect of the job was completed to perfection. Their dedication was evident in the quality of their work and their commitment to providing a seamless experience. What truly impressed me was how they took the time to make sure everything was done exactly as requested, while also offering helpful suggestions to improve the outcome. Not only did they deliver excellent results, but they also left the work area spotless, showing great respect for our space. It's rare to come across a team so genuinely dedicated to their craft and to customer satisfaction. Manny had his team come over to remove some asbestos pipe wrap and also some questionable stucco ceiling and wall from our basement. We were very happy with the experience overall. There was no pressure from Manny who explained for instance that we may want to have the ceiling materials tested before removing them, and he pointed us to a lab that could do the testing for a relatively small charge. We decided to have it removed anyway. The work crew was very nice and did a good job. They left the place very clean and were curteous of neighbours. We would use them again (although honestly we're hoping not to find any more asbestos so we may not have much opportunity).

Following an unexpected water incident, our contractor uncovered a deeper issue, mold behand the drywall and bulwark. Green Stream Environmental was there within the week, attended the air quality test, and started remediation the next day. We had our clean air approval within days and are now fully restored. An incredible relief, and such a great crew, a wonderful team who said that they would be there at 8 and were 1/2 early, no less. Done within the day. Thank you all so very, very much!

It's not often that you encounter a great customer experience especially at every level of contact. My first contact was with Gilbert in sales who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that this was the company to do business with after calling 4 competitors and my next interaction was with Igor and his team at my fathers property. Igor is very friendly and I felt he was being completely transparent about how the process would unfold and I trusted him in performing the services at my fathers property as if it was his own. Igor kept me updated and always made himself available to me at anytime. My final contact was with Marta for the invoice and payment process which was friendly, offered various payment options and easy to do business with. My sincere thanks go out to the entire Green Stream Environmental team!

We have a home in Toronto that was built in the 1940s. The hot water pipes from our boiler had insulation wrap on them that was asbestos. I called Green Stream and they came a few days later to remediate/remove it. They did a great job. They wore protective equipment, and cleaned up as if they were never here. Polite, prompt, and explained everything. I found the price very fair considering what they are dealing with. Very satisfied.

Greenstream was one of a few companies we reached out to for quotations and all throughout their representative/owner, Manny, was professional, patient, and true to his word in his dealings with us. That is why we chose them to do the job in our condo. Most contractors would just get your money, do a lousy job or play games. His staff did a really good job in removing the popcorn ceilings, tidied up nicely after they were done and brought out the garbage. We would highly recommend this company.
