This was my first experience getting the ducts/furnace/dryer vent cleaned. Jay and Ali, two amazing pleasant fellows, let me know when they'd be arriving and then they walked through the house with me and explained what they would be doing. When the dryer was pulled out, I spotted a broken lightbulb behind and tried to clean it up but Jay stopped me and said it was part of their job! They did a most marvelous job and were great to work with throughout the process. Every heating and intake vent was clean. Jay had taken pictures throughout and I got to see the before/after. What a difference - really great work! My granddaughter loved the "marshmallows" that popped out of the truck when the cleaning was being done (and afterwards, they folded back into the top of the truck). I highly recommend Alpha Duct Cleaning.

Imad and his assistant Peter did a quick, efficient, and thorough job cleaning all the ducts in our three-story house. They were tidy and careful and left everything as clean as they had found it. Imad cheerfully explained everything they were doing and why, which I very much appreciated. He also pointed out that the joints of the ducts visible in the basement needed to be taped to stop them from leaking, and that the basement bedroom had a ceiling vent to push air into the room, but no vent to let air out of the room – both problems that we intend to fix as soon as possible. We will definitely be asking Alpha Carpet & Duct cleaning to have Imad do our next duct cleaning!

I had a gentleman named Imad come to my house. He called me just before arriving, and was on time which is always helpful. A very friendly guy, very respectful, and had a great sense of humor. I was home the whole time, so was watching him with everything he was doing. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable with his job, as he would show me something, and explain it to me as well. We had a great time chatting, and I would highly recommend Alpha, and Imad to anyone!

My duct has not been cleaned for long time. But Omar is very polite and good at his job. I am very satisfied with the results. And I will definitely use Alpha cleaning again.

Imad was affable outgoing and very professional. This was my first duct cleaning and he explained during a walk around the house exactly what he was going to do. He also explained how his system worked to clean out the various intake and vents in the house. In addition he actually re-taped some of the joints and pressure hosed my cloths dryer to ensure the exhaust flow was good. I unhesitatingly recommend this firm as the office staff and Imad were very professional and the cost reasonable.

Fair prices and great experience. Marek was professional, friendly and did a great job. Andrew who I spoke to for an estimate was friendly and very helpful. The estimate was exactly the same as the cost in the end.

They provided duct cleaning services in addition to dryer vent cleaning. The team kept me in the loop continually during the 3 hour appointment - even showing we werent far off from a dryer fire because it was so full. The guys were VERY polite and respectful of my family, pets and property. No question I will use them again.

Great experience. Reza provided great customer service over the phone and was able to get in a tech that same day due to a cancellation. Jeff the tech was professional, polite and did good work, and shared alot of great information.
