After years of fighting with my internet provider, I am finally happy with my internet coverage in my home. After simply placing one ad in Homestars and Halton Geeks replying in a friendly and super fast fashion all is now right in the world. Steve offered a solution and came prepared with everything to make that solution a reality. Well spoken and professional I would highly recommend this organization and Steve to anyone having internet or wifi issues. Thanks Steve for the quick reply and even quicker resolution to an ongoing problem that is No More thanks to you!!

Steve is a great resource. He has set up our systems and recommended solutions to enable access to files from all machines at home and cottage. He is totally reliable and comes when he says he will. Not sure what we would do without him.

Being somewhat technically challenged, what a relief it was too find Steve from Halton Geeksa couple of years ago. I have used his services on several occasions for issues ranging from various technical issues to full equipment upgrades. Steve is tremendously customer oriented and takes the time to listen to the issue and then promptly and effectively resolves whatever the problem may be. He also patiently explains in easy to follow steps, what exactly the problem was. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of any IT support since a truly professional experience from start to end, which ends with his diligent follow-up a few days after just to ensure all is still fine.

I have deal with Steve of Halton Geeks. We were having some issues with our Sony Laptop. He fixed the issues and problem of our laptop in a very reasonable price. we are very pleased with his work. Steve is professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Dropped off my laptop with Halton Geeks as it was extremely slow, with many runtime errors. Steve had the computer back to me the next day, with Windows 7 ultimate up and running. Excellent service, and could not have been quicker.

I love having Halton Geeks at my finger tips. Any time I have had a problem they have been available and fixed/returned my pc and laptop within no time! My 85yr old mother got a laptop 4yrs ago. She mainly enjoys using it to receive emails and playing Scrabble. It became painfully slow and I figured it needed its memory increased. Due to my schedule, I didn't have time to take it somewhere and decided to look for someone who provided home service. I checked out the Geek Squad from Best Buy, but was quite pricey to come to house rather than store. I searched net and came across Halton Geeks. I was inspired by their philosophy and committment to customer service. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! Steve was responsive and understanding to our needs. He took the laptop, checked it and confirmed it was the memory. He bought the part, installed it and the laptop works great now. I'm sure there are other places that are technically equipped to do the same function, but Steve truly made the difference. He's trustworthy, honest and helpful.
