Our furnace broke down. I texted Sandip Saturday evening and he responded quickly and he came Sunday. I've used Furnace King when I bought my last furnace as they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and had a very quick response time even on the weekends and evenings. He gave me the options and didn't try and upsell me. I needed and have a larger furnace. The new furnace was installed Monday as promised. Unfortunately my 18 year old furnace could not be revived so I had to purchase a new one. They were able to install a new one the next day and the installers were on time, courteous and neat.
