They were prompt and friendly! After taking apart the toilet they cleaned up behind it which is usually unreachable. I didn't think it was necessary but it shows that they care about the job.

We started with a clogged kitchen sink handled quickly. The the issue moved to the lower basement drain and I was very nervous. Tyler quickly calmed me down and resolved all issues quietly and smoothly. I can't say how much I appreciated his professional manner and unflappable resolution to the problems. I can't see ever using anyone else for this service. Thanks so much and Happy New year thanks to you.

We've called on Drainpro several times now and are always happy with their service. This time we had an outdoor hose bib installed to have access to water at the other side of the house for yard work, etc. They fit us in quickly, did the work efficiently, and we are pleased with the result.

We first reached out to Drain Pro when we found an issue with our stack. They came same day and Tyler did an amazing job getting it fixed. He was fast, very professional, quick and no mess left behind. Then we had a major issue during the big Ottawa Aug flood of 2024. Tyler and his brother had to rip up a large piece of our basement and install a backwater flow valve. Coupled with some other work we found that needed to be done. We also had them in to run all the new piping for our laundry room also. Always present when they said they would come. Always professional. Always a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so happy from the work that was done. They are fair, reliable, honest and do not gouge their clients. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing services.

Had our under basement floor cast iron pipes replaced with ABS piping. The cast iron pipes were beyond life expectancy and well corroded. The job involved cutting out the concrete floor, removing fill, disposing of the old pipes, installing new pipes and a sewer backup prevention valve, backfilling and new concrete. The whole job was completed in four days with the plumbing in the house unavailable for a few hours one day. Really happy with the service, weve had the guys out for a few jobs over the years. Will call them again when needed.

Absolutely satisfied with DrainPro both with previous work and this recent work. Called them with an emergency septic system problem in brutal weather and they responded immediately with a fix that was better than the previous system. Great to deal with Tim and Tyler!!!!

I contacted Drain Pro to install a new kitchen faucet and replace an aging laundry tub in our basement laundry room. Matt arrived on time, was very polite and completed the work in an efficient yet thorough manner. He even offered to dispose of our old laundry tub! Thanks, Matt!
