Great company, very efficient, good customer service, time efficient. Luke is a super star. They showed up at the Coop on time and always goes above and beyond to ensure that the job gets done.

My kitchen and basement laundry drains (on the same line) plugged up in two different places over New Year's. After attempting to fix the problem myself, with no success (including replacing the kitchen sink's plumbing), I turned to DrainPro, based on their Yellow Pages ad. The technician showed up on time and not only solved the drainage problem quickly and professionally, but also improved my new plumbing setup to help him do so. Even though he had to do extra work beyond the original task as the job progressed, he stayed with his original VERY AFFORDABLE quote!!! They really do stand by their word that "You will know the price before we start". Based on my experience with Ritchie, I would recommend this firm and its people to anyone -- last time my laundry drain clogged it cost me half again as much with another firm, for significantly less work.

Amazing service! We woke up on Sunday morning to water all over our kitchen counter and a sagging ceiling. Being first time home owners and having just moved in, we were nervous but Drain pro allayed our fears. First of all they got back to us in under and hour (on Sunday morning!) and secondly the tech that came (Steve) was super pleasant, efficient, and really seemed to know his stuff. Problem solved for less than the competitors wanted to charge us just for coming. Will definitely call them again.

Excellent Service. Arrived within 1/2 hour after call. Other firms had at least six hour wait time. Quoted Price for completed job straight up. Performed the job quickly, professionally and politely. Cleaned up after job. I trust this outfit now and will call them again without hesitation. 1 hour 15 minutes from call to completion. Use with confidence.

Came back from a trip to US to find our kitchen sink leaking. Called DRAINPRO the following morning. Steven Hayes arrived and was very professional, yet wonderfully personable. Excellent job. Money well spent!

I contacted Drain Pro and requested that my battery back up be installed for my sump pump. I supplied the battery back up and they supplied any parts required and labour. Steven Hayes of Drain Pro Ottawa arrived the same day and within 1 hour the sump pump was back up and it was done professionally and clean up was to my satisfaction. I would recommend Drain Pro and Steven to anyone needing Plumbing services.

On August 16/2013 I had a plumber from Drain Pro come to my home, I was having issues with my main drain. I just wanted to comment on what a thorugh, professional and amazing plumber Luke Chisholm is. I have had plumbing issues in the past and I have had many bad experiences with plumbers. I am happy to say that this was not the case today. Luke took the time to answer my questions in great detail so I could comprehend exactly what he was talking about, he left the work area spotless and even emptied my dehumidifier for me. Thats what i call excellent service!

Drainpro was called at 8 am when my sink would stop leaking underneath. Over the phone he told me to how to turn off the water. Wow. And they were at my house before noon. And their office called me back just to say their serviceman was on the way and he would be there in 15 minutes. Who does that today?! And although i'm always skeptical for extra charges, he spent a hour and took the pipes apart and tightened the other pipes while he was there to make sure they didn't leak either. No extra charge. Man, they were honest, clean, and fast.

They were fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and informative and even talked me through the process so I'd see the warning signs next time. Best of all, they DID NOT keep me waiting. None of this between 10am and 2pm crap. We worked out a time that worked with my schedule and theirs. It's more pricey than others I hear but the experience and peace of mind was well worth it.
