I contacted Drain Pro to install a new kitchen faucet and replace an aging laundry tub in our basement laundry room. Matt arrived on time, was very polite and completed the work in an efficient yet thorough manner. He even offered to dispose of our old laundry tub! Thanks, Matt!

Drainpro Installed my tap, sink and dishwasher after roughing in my plumbing.they were efficient tidy, and professional . We would highly recommended them.

We have used Drainpro for several calls at our rental properties. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and prices are reasonable. In one incident another plumbing firm wanted us to spend thousands of dollars to remediate a problem. Drainpro addressed the issue by simply unclogging the pipe. DRAINPRO has been providing plumbing services at my property for the last dozen + years. Major jobs Matt has worked on were clogged kitchen sink pipe, clogged water/sewer pipe. Smaller jobs were clogged bath sink drain and replacing toilet flapper, and install of new laundry tub in basement. DRAINPRO has been to the property approx 5 or 6 times over the years and every time the service has been excellent. Matt was straightforward with quote/pricing for the work right at the outset of his visits to the property. He has great perseverance as the kitchen pipe and water/sewer pipe clogs were very stubborn and he didn't give up until they were both cleared. When calling DRAINPRO for assistance/scheduling work, it has always been easy and pleasant to get things scheduled. I can't thank DRAINPRO enough for their work all these years. They are a rare gem in super reliable plumbing and contractors in general. The politeness, professionalism and service of this family business is top notch. For so home owners and renters, it can be hard to trust contractors. DRAINPRO is the exception to the rule where they earn trust from the outset and keep that trust through the years.

This is an unsolicited letter of commendation for DrainPro of Ottawa. On September 21st we had a visit from Matt of DrainPro to discuss some minor repair issues. As Matt saw that there was work being done by a restoration company, he asked a rather serendipitous question if we were affected by the flood of August 10th to which we said yes. Matt asked if he could take a look downstairs at the damage. In conversation with Matt, we were shocked that we only had a storm water back flow valve and not a sanitary sewer back water flow valve. This resulted in a detailed review of how it was to be installed and how long it would take. After this Matt asked us the age of our home which is 61+ years. At this point we got another detailed briefing on how cast-iron pipes (which were in use at the time of construction) have a life span of 50 to 60 years. At this point a lot of questions were asked and we were given a very detailed review on what happens post life expectancy with cast iron pipes. Matt demonstrated a very extensive knowledge of this subject, was very patient with all of the questions and was very respectful through all of our questions. Matt and his brother Tyler came back on the 26th of September and started jack hammering out the 40+ plus feet of sanitary service line which included using an industrial fan to remove dust from the use of the jack hammer to the outside of our home. This also included doing numerous trips removing debris in 5-gallon pails to and from their work trailer. It took a full day for this very heavy work to be done in warm humid conditions of the basement. To avoid taking out a wall they carefully tunnelled the trench under a wall so this could be accomplished. They did the sanitary sewer line replacement on day 2 so that we could stay overnight in our home with access to showers bathroom etc. On this day we left the house so that they could complete the work uninterrupted. Later that day we returned and found them installing the concrete patch for over 40 feet of sanitary sewer service line trench. Of note the concrete when mixed was taken downstairs in 5-gallon pails again in a very humid environment. On day 3 a quick return for finishing touches. At the end of each work day, they cleaned and swept the work site which is the sign of consummate professionalism. If you ever want highly professional detailed work accomplished DrainPro can not be recommended high enough by us based on this experience we had with them.

Woke up to a drain/sewage backup in the basement yesterday morning thanks to underground roots attached to those beautiful big trees on the front lawn. Drain pro was highly recommended by a family member and sure enough even with their busy schedule Tyler arrived in the afternoon, quickly identified the area of concern, and with a well equipped service was able to fix the problem. Tyler also recommended a long term permanent solution to the root growth problem that we will certainly consider. Drainpro will definitely get our future plumbing business!

With company coming and my kitchen sinks not working DrainPro answered on the first ring and got a technician to my house within two hours. Technician Quaile arrived on time and fixed everything providing good advice to prevent the problem in future. It was a reasonable price!

Ty from DrainPro did a fantastic job with our downstairs bathroom. He was friendly and professional, and he completed the work in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience.
