I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Matt from DrainPro this morning. Not only was he professional, efficient and skilled in his work, but he was also a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous and respectful throughout the process, and he made sure to clean up the workspace afterwards. I would highly recommend Matt and DrainPro to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you, again, for the great service.

Matt did great work with a complex drain rough-in several years back so when the City could not resolve a drainage issue due to roots, Drainpro was who I reached out to. Matt was on site within a couple hours, gave me an accurate estimate and solved the problem. Knowledgeable, professional and conscientious service. Money well spent. Thanks Matt! I hired DrainPro because I noticed it is a family run business. I had a plumbing issue due to my neighbor hiring another plumbing company who were lacking in competence and ended up impacting my water line. Tim reassured me that they would fix my problem and they squeezed me in on the same day. Tyler addressed the issue and he was able to inform me of what the other plumber had done wrong. I highly recommend DrainPro to anyone who needs plumbers who know what they are doing.

We've used drainpro for three separate plumbing issues. Matt was our plumber for all three jobs. He was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem. They give the estimated cost up front and each time the cost has been reasonable. Will definitely use drainpro for any future plumbing services. But hopefully won't need too many more!

The water tap serving our new washer leaked. I left a voice message with DrainPro at 3:00 a.m. and Tim responded at 7:00 a.m. Amazing in itself. A service call was scheduled for that afternoon and Matt arrived at 3:30 p.m. as promised. He was personable and professional, and quickly solved our small problem. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I will certainly call DrainPro again should the need arise. Highly recommended for your consideration.

Two other highly rated companies wanted to do more work than I asked for. Not DrainPro, they did not try to upsell me on thousands of dollars worth of work not needed right now (and I'm quite handy, so I knew what the others were up). Tyler's work was excellent. He didn't rush through the job to run off to another one, showed me the progress and was very meticulous to not break or damage any of the current tile and grout work or cut out too much drywall on the other side of the wall. He was also sociable and easy to trust. A job well done and we will definitely be calling DrainPro again for other work down the road!

I've been using Drainpro for almost 10 years - frozen pipes, new bathroom sink, all the problems that come with older homes... Today Matt came to fix a broken kitchen sink pipe. I had already been given a quote over the phone. But while he was here he identified several other issues (shoddy work by the contractor's plumber when I redid the kitchen). He fixed EVERYTHING to prevent future issues, rather than just doing the minimum. Oh - and he was here within a couple of hours of my request. They are always prompt. If I won the lottery and got to build my dream home, I'd want Drainpro doing the plumbing!

We called Drainpro to address a very slow draining kitchen sink. Matt arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He reviewed the drain piping layout in the house and proceeded to open up the drain piping beneath the sink. He snaked the drain and dislodged the clog which was located quite deep along the drain path. He also replaced a small piping section beneath the sink which had recently started leaking. Overall, the professionalism, expertise and prompt resolution by Drainpro was greatly appreciated.

Notified my landlord of a clog. DrainPro arrived on the day I had suggested. Received a call first thing this morning saying that Matt would be on his way after he finished up another call. This was ideal to ensure that my pup was prepared for a guest! Matt arrived, he was super friendly and great with my 18month old puppy! Job was slightly more challenging than he had planned for, however it was done in a timely manner. No mess left behind. Many thanks!
