We had a utility tub installed in the basement. We provided the tub. Matt came to do the install. He used most of the tub but noted some parts were cheap and swapped them out. We were very satisfied. Communication was good with Tim. They booked quick, quoted quick and worked quick. Overall we were very satisfied.

DRAIN PRO is a professional conscientious business. Plumbers (Tyler and Matt) are well informed, know their various products and suggest what would best suit your needs. Drain Pro responds promptly to your call(s) and always willing to adjust to your schedule. Their team is very impressive, arrive on time, professional, clearly experienced and ensured the worksite is cleaned up, and remove garbage. The employees are very respectful of the Covid rules (mask and distancing). Finally they are always willing to check out "other" issues and provide solutions. AMAZING! Maureen and I are happy to give a five star rating ..........well deserved. *Should you use Drain Pro, and Tyler is your plumber, remember to ask to see his "hammer", a tool he is very proud of. Professional and easy to deal with. Replaced the old cast iron sewer pipe and were careful to minimize noise and dust. Great guys!

My main swere line has blocked up from my coach house to the main house. I called Drain Pro. Tyler responded within 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and very pleasant. He was patient. Broke his very expensive cable in the drain. But managed to unclog the 4inch drain.. thank yiu.

Hired to install a sewer backwater valve. Big job having to cut concrete and replace existing clean out with new pipe and valve. They did an awesome job and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t even tell they were there! They arrived on time and completed the job as planned. I highly recommend them!
