I have an old GE stove (at least 25 years) top of the line at that time. It has done yoeman's service. Cropley's came the same day and repaired my stove. Excellent service. Technician was punctual, very polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Cropley's!

I wasn't sure about getting our fridge repaired or not because of its age being in the teens. The repair technician said he worked in the factory when our fridge was made. He said that our model was most certainly worth repairing. He also happened to have the right part (PC board) with him that we needed. In almost no time flat our fridge was purring away just like normal and done at a reasonable cost. We are happy customers and will tell others of our experience. Attached is a copy of our fridge's nameplate.

I will not recommend Cropley's Speedy Appliance Service. Speedy it was not. Came to my house Tuesday morning and advised me the shock absorbers were broken. Dont use your washer - Ill be in touch. Took my $85 and said itll be used towards the repair. Never heard a peep. Followed up on Monday and Jay returned my call. Admitted he was out of town and couldnt find the part and apologized that no one kept me updated. I told him I have the parts. Ordered off Amazon. I asked how was I able to find the part and he couldnt. Im not into the fixing appliances industry. He couldnt fit me in until Wednesday (although I was a call from the previous week) to install them. By Tuesday they were installed by someone else. I asked what he could do for me and he offered nothing. One week and no communication. Certainly this doesnt shout speedy to me. An open line of communication would have been helpful too!

Update: I thought it was a great experience until my Fridge stopped working 2 weeks after my initial repair. After the tech returned he admitted to not having plugged the heater back in. They also didnt reinstall everything as they should have. Mistakes happen but when I called the office they were unapologetic for the fridge full of food I had to throw away. Stay away from Croleys, they are not accountable for their poor work. Great experience from start to finish. Initial call was straight forward and the estimate was accurate. Crew was on time and showed pride in their work. Will definitely call them again in the future.

I am so very pleased with this company, above and beyond. No wonder everyone loves them on the internet. Firstly I was quoted more on the phone for service call, etc than what they actually charged me as they weren't here that long he said. Who dies this? No one! They will call me back when they have the part I need but in the meantime everything is safe to use. Really nice guys, very quick, on time and just want to do their job quickly and leave. I have used Cropley Speedy Appliance Services for many years and for many appliances. They are totally reliable, honest and provide professional service. They have gone out of their way to resolve my appliance problems on more than one occasion. They are simply the best in appliance repair.

Dishwasher was broken, wouldn’t stop running. Then I made it worse trying to fix it. Tony came and was quick to diagnose the issues. Parts were ordered and came quickly. All fixed in under a week. They even reworked their schedule to make sure the repair was done asap. Very professional and good value. Next time I have an appliance repair issue, Cropley’s will be the first call I make.

Great company I was very impressed with both Jay and Tony Jay returned calls promptly and was very dilligent is sourcing parts in this difficult Covid environment Tony was a great technician- very knowledgable and experienced Jay gave us accurate pricing estimates when we called and the actual bill was accurate and exactly what we expected - no nasty surprises The technician wore a mask at all times while in our home - I have had past experiences when workers won't work masked and you have to keep reminding them which is annoying My husband and I are seniors and were very appreciate of this adherence to Covid protocols I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family and they will certainly be the first people I will call in future GREAT COMPANY

Cropley's was very responsive. I called them on a Tuesday explianed the situation and a technician was available on Wednesday. The Technician arrived on time, was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient, and brought the needed part! We were very happy with the outcome and will use them again.

Called recently for a freezer issue. Jay recognized my address even though it's been a few years since I'd called them. He didn't have anybody immediately available but gave me some suggestions which helped to solve the problem. My interactions with them over the years have always been positive - friendly, timely, professional, and good value. RM (Etobicoke)
