    Go-To Home Inspector

    Shawn is my go-to home inspector for all my clients when it comes to buying or selling a home. He's extremely flexible with his schedule, always on time in a clean uniform ready for anything, and always delivers beyond exceptional service. He has saved my clients more then once on a deal and I cannot praise Shawn enough!

    Professional inspection

    Great inspector. Shawn was very thorough with our 30 day pre-construction inspection. He made a detailed report and caught leaking furnace and one side of the bedroom without any insulation. He also detailed an incredible amount of cosmetic finishing issues with the home, each one with a photo. Would definitely hire again, strongly encourage spending the money on this home inspector, very professional and thorough.     Home Inspection

    Shawn was professional, friendly, and thorough. As first-time home buyers, it meant a lot to have Shawn walk us through what he was doing and point out important information along the way. We appreciated his expertise.

    Home Inspection

    Shawn was great to work with. Simple, straight forward to schedule, he arrived early and started right away. Very thorough. Explained each portion very clearly... makes life so much easier! Lays out what is high, medium and low priority where it's easy to understand. Highly recommend!

    Home Inspection

    I was referred to Shawn by a friend when I needed a home inspection on very short notice. We spoke at 10pm on Monday for an inspection at 10am Tuesday and Shawn showed up on time, no questions asked. He was professional and his work was great. He provided us the assurances we needed to close and supplied us with a thorough written report on the unit + his recommendations on the minor repairs that were needed. Would definitely recommend Shawn and will be definitely be using his services for our next home purchase!

    Home Inspection

    After a very thorough home inspection we purchased a log home. Areas of concern were identified in detail and summarized thoroughly in the report. The professional service and assistance was much appreciated. We definitely recommend!

    Thorough inspection on a new construction house

    I was referred to Shawn when I had some seemingly small issues with our new construction house. His inspection uncovered some major construction flaws that I would not have found on my own flaws that our builder is now actively resolving whereas they previously had deniability. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend his services!

    Home Inspection

    Shawn came out to inspect the home before purchasing. He was efficient and reliable. Shawn also walked through the home with me to point out any problem areas on top of providing the detailed report.

    selling our home

    Clarified Home Inspections provided me the piece of mind to make the sale of my house with confidence. Shawn was on time, his inspection was thorough, he found things I had never seen in 20 years of living in the house. His report was easy to read and understand. It identified the items that needed to be fixed. It was very valuable to me.
