I would highly recommend this company! Joel Nelson helped us through a very difficult time. Our finished basement flooded last summer when a storm in July overwhelmed our homes drainage system and filled our basement with water. I called PuroClean and Joel arrived promptly, within an hour, and got to work cleaning up and drying out the basement. The crews were very clean and professional. Joel handled all aspects of the insurance claim for me. After the clean up, the repair work was completed including upgrades which I chose to have to basement bathroom which have added extra value. I could not be happier with the new and improved look of the basement. I would highly recommend PuroClean.

Due to work currently occurring in the basement a temporary setup for washer and dryer was put in place. Unfortunately the washing machine flooded the laundry room, hallway and room next to it. This occurred on a weekend. Called PuroClean and they were at our house within an hour. They setup a dehumidifier and multiple heavy duty fans that kept operating for 3 days. Everything was completely dried. They responded quickly on a weekend and did a great job.

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided by Oscar, Louis and Danny. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations. Selling our house. With an offer on the table, a home inspection was done. Only to find mold in the attic. Caused by a horrible roofing company's vent installation...D'Angelo & Sons. Puroclean was there the next day to inspect and following day for remediation. Saved us considerable time in selling our house. Maddison and her team were wonderful. Thank you so very much. We received excellent restoration service from PuroClean. They were very prompt to reply to an emergency we had with a flooded basement providing emergency mitigation services that were carried out extremely professionally and quickly given the extent of the problem. Most importantly they built our trust in them by providing thorough information throughout the clean up and calmed our stress. There Project Manager Adam was exceptional keeping us informed and his crew were diligent with their duties, hard working, professional and friendly. Nobody ever wants to have an emergency that requires a restoration company. But if you do need one, I recommend PuroClean.

I had a leak above my bathroom which ruined the ceiling in the bathroom below. I received an estimate from Puroclean promptly and a date of repair was set to remove mould and repair ceiling. Adam coordinated the repair and a painter came the next day. Very happy with the repair and the tidiness of the work. Really appreciate the great service. Thank you.

Simply amazing. Once PuroClean took over, I finally felt relieved because otherwise the leak incident had me super worried. They coordinated directly with the insurance company which helped out a bunch too. Thorough, professional, courteous and accommodating. Excellent team with excellent people.

The ice sprung a leak and damaged the hard wood flooring and cupboards. The cupboard were removed and replaced the cable ends and replaced some of the hardwood floors with new board that we had stored.
