I have recently signed a contract for home security with ADT. The gentleman on the phone I called to set up an appointment with gave me one price and then when the installer showed up it had become a highter price. I am not impressed with there call centre either. I always have a hard time reaching someone and then get the run around being trasfered from one person to another; sometimes ending up right where I started. I think they have been trasfering all of there accounts to ADT Canada, that is what I was told, but I feel I should have been with on the Canadian list from the start. I will definetly be canceling when my contract is up. I would not recommend ADT to anyone.

Salesperson who attended our home was knowledgeable and very helpful. The installer arrived on time, and was extremely experienced and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions.
