installation was late in season. Took months to get a diagram of the layout to start. I didnt realize that a few of the sprinklers were shooting into the ground until just past a year. it moved my hydro seed and created lines in my lawn. Im guessing because i chose to have another company blowout my lines for $200 cheaper then yates which i made clear to them at the time. They seemed insulted and probably the reason why they didnt fix their awful work. on top of all that they are way too expensive. Wish i had more time to shop around. I would never recommend or use this company again ! ! !

I had my annual maintenance for my sprinkler irrigation system from Yates. Rick was the Yates representative who performed the service. Rick arrived early and provided excellent service, including putting flags for the Bell Fibe technicians installing lines in our neighbourhood. Rick, thank you very much for your support. It was outstanding.

This is my first year with Yates sprinkler system. Chris came yesterday to turn it on for this 2022 season. He did a great job and was very helpful! Wendy Hassard Perth,Ontario

This is my second and last year with Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers servicing my property, for Spring/Fall service of our in-ground sprinklers. Their rates are ridiculous (they even charge you in 6 minute increments after a set timeframe - worse than a mechanic!!!), they come late in the fall and spring, and customer service is the worst. When they do the spring/fall start-up they waste time on things like setting the timer, etc. instead of first identifying whether there are real problems to solve. They have too many customers, and have not scaled their operations accordingly. I would definitely NOT recommend this company as an irrigation maintenance provider.

We purchased a new home in November of 2008 and due to the size of the yard decided to have to have an in ground sprinkler system installed . We met with the sales representative of Yates and arranged to have him come out and do an inspection of our property, During the inspection he made suggestions based on our needs and and gave us various options on what to could be done to improve the efficiency of the system. we decided to go with Yates and the system was installed on the date promised, Their followup service has been tremendous and always on time. I would highly recommend YATES to any one shopping for an in ground lawn sprinkler system.
