I hired John for painting, light carpentry and patching as well as installing some trim. The results look fantastic! He was able to advise me honestly about each job and was very knowledgeable about what to do and not to do. John was very flexible with everything I needed done and went above and beyond what I expected. John is trustworthy, kind and very friendly and I would definitely hire him again!

Our experience with John's services for general home repairs was exceptional. Throughout the entire process, from the initial introduction to the project's completion, John does quality work and was a great communicator, making him easy to talk to. His promptness in responding to our emails and arriving on time on the scheduled date was appreciated. We will definitely use John's services again in the future

We needed to have repairs done to two places on our ceilings where there had been water damage. We contacted John because he had done a number of jobs in our house last year, and we had been very pleased with the results. Again, this time, we were happy with the work John did. He is reliable; shows up when he says he will; is meticulous in his work; and cleans up everything afterwards. A bonus is that its a pleasure to have him working in the house. Hes very personable and has a terrific sense of humor. We would certainly call him again.

John painted the shoe cove and baseboards as well as some caulking after our flooring job was completed. We are extremely happy with the results and intend calling him for future jobs. Very glad we found him.

I wouldnt hire anyone else but John for any home renovation or repair! This is the 4th project hes done for us. He is meticulous, on time, tidy and very genuine. He offers great aesthetic ideas, has a real knack for colour and is amazing at putting together Ikea furniture! My sons room looks great!

John did a large drywall repair job after a plumber opened our wall to fix a leak in the stack. He spent the full day working on this and we are very happy with the result. Thank you John!

We hired John to repaint a rental condo in between tenancies. He did a phenomenal job at a very competitive price. John was super responsive from the first contact on Homestars and throughout the project. In addition to painting the walls, John proactively fixed some small holes and scratch marks on a couple of doors in the unit, surpassing our expectations. He finished the job on time and left the unit in a pristine condition. It was a pleasure to do business with John, we'll hire him again without hesitation.

I had a garage which was non-functional unplanned, damaged). Luckily I was referred to John by my good friend and neighbour. John, an amiable person and efficient handy guy, not only fixed the issues efficiently but made the rundown garage into a pretty descent one!
