We had the pleasure of using 360 wildlife Control Inc at my mother's house for a raccoon problem.Ray and Sam, along with being very courteous, did a marvelous job of clearing up the problem in a very professional, quick, safe and humane manner. Skunks under Sun room. After seeing the work involved, the price became very reasonable. The response from the company was prompt. Ray and Sam worked in an awkward area in difficult circumstances. Ray took the time to explain the job required, and they were always friendly and available to answer any of my dumb questions.

I was on my way to Florida, and packing, when I recieved a call from my tenants about a racoon nesting in the window well. I really didnt know the procedure, so I looked online and found these guys. Ray and Sam came out. I must say, they were professional, neat, humane in their approach and got the job done and put me at ease before my holidays. Thanks so much guys, will highly recommend you to anyone I know that has similar problems.

Early in the morning there was odd noises coming from the kitchen extractor ventilation. Checked the exterior vent and the protective cover had been chewed through. Called two other companies and got no response. Called 360 Wildlife around 10:30am and by noon, Moe had arrived to address the situation. He ended up checking two vents (the other was a washroom vent) and found squirrel nests. (Fortunately, no baby squirrels). He cleared both of them and placed a heavy duty metal mesh so no wildlife can get into the vents. Moe answered all questions that were asked and was straight to the point. He even offered to check the roof vents and provide a free estimate. I'm thankful the first two companies did not pick up because I doubt the same level of service would have been received. And to top off their great service, they have a debit machine on the spot. Thank you 360 wildlife and Moe for the prompt professional service. You will be recommended.

I have been squirrel situation for a week. I could not sleep at all during nights when squirrels in my attic. Then I searched on internet and found 360 Wildlife Control. The technician came and inspected around my house from attic to basement very carefully and patiently. I was told I have two squirrels into my attic and the entry pint just beside one of the roof vents. They removed the squirrels out of the attic and repaired the damage. It was so great to have this company to come and remove it. Now I can sleep at night! Nice guys and great services. It worth to hire. BTW, I spent $250+ tax in total.

Spent $500. Guy stuck his head out window to do job, even though I explained they were above window frame. Came back twice. Still never took a ladder up to the job. Never got rid of squirrels. $500 for nothing. Don't waste your time and money.

So far (only at step 1)...Ray responded quickly to our call, arrived when he said he would and was very efficient. Now we wait for the method to work! More later.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sam and Ray who took care of our racoon problem. The problem was that racoons decided to take up residence under our kitchen. Raccoons in roof, very loud slow, draggy sounds at 2:00 AM every morning for several days. Ray to rescue with a one-way door! Very quick response time, very professional and knowledgable. Even reassured me three nights later when we still heard noises? The next night, nothing! He came a week after installation to remove exit door, fix soffit and mount thick gauge wiring to stop them from coming back! So far so good, three weeks later! Highly recommend 360 Wildlife!

We called Ray because of squirrels in the attic potentially causing damage. Ray came immediately after calling, did a thorough inspection, provided an excellent service and then provided a personal guarantee that his solution would remedy our problem. We were very impressed with his timeliness and customer service and would recommend his company to those with similar concerns.
