After hearing noices in my attic I called 360 Wildlife Control. I was greeted by a nice man on the phone who explained the noices. The manager (Moe) said he would send one of his best employess within hours. Surley the employee (Sherwin) arrived early and examined my home. Sherwin took pictures to explain what he had seen and gave me multiple options on how he could fix the problem. Sherwin was very patient, kind and resourceful !! He provided great customer service and went above and beyond his expectations. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Great Customer Service !!! Thank You Sherwin & Moe

Reliable, Resourceful and Great Service. We have had several pest control problems which we were unsure how to deal with until speaking 360 Wildlife. Would use them again for any problems we have within the condominium.

I had two holes in my roof made by racoons. I called 360 on a Sunday at 11:30 am and they showed up at 1pm the same day to fix the problem. Prior to doing the work, they educated me and were very professional. Awesome job!

Update April 18, 2015. Nearly 2 and half years later and I would like to provide an update. The problem was discovered and solved in the Summer of 2014 when my roof/eaves were replaced. Squirrels were getting in from a small opening in the soffit where the lower and upper roofs meet. The technician should have done a better job thoroughly inspecting every inch of the roof's perimeter to find this opening. Original Review: Not very happy with mouse/rat removal services. Although the technician spent a lot of time looking for external openings, the mouse/rat poison isn't working one week later. The technician told me to call back after 5 days which I did and the answer I got from the office was that it could take 2-3 weeks and then up to two months for the poison to have any effect. I am to pay for each follow up visit since mouse removal is not guaranteed. Also, the technician sold me the idea that a trap door was needed for squirrels where there was a small opening in the soffit. I insisted the problem was with mice/rat not squirrels. The tech refused to go into the attic and thoroughly investigate the opening from the inside and installed the trap door. Everything included, I paid $400 + HST and the problem has only gotten worse.

Was very happy with their work. Something I really loved is that their office manager told me "our main goal is our customer satisfaction, best advertisement is word of mouth" and they definitely kept me satisfied. I will recommend this company to everyone. They were nice, detailed, quick, and thoroughly explained to me everything I need to know. The price for their work is absolutely amazing. I would pay much more. The guys who did our work was named Ray and Sam I believe. .

Called this company 7am, they showed up by 8:30am. They found one hole after doing an inspection. Explained how they would evict the squirrels in my attic. They seemed very experienced and their price was very reasonable. i haven't heard the squirrels since. Very satisfy with the service. Interesting videos on website too.

We had 4 holes in the roof and they only sealed 3 of them saying that the 4th one was too difficult to access. As a result, 1 year after, we had squirrels in the attic again. In addition, they used wire netting and huge screws to seal the holes from the outside which is not really pretty.

Hired this company to remove a dead raccoon from under our back deck and install fencing around the deck to prevent the raccoons from coming back. They were very professional and friendly, and completed the job quickly and efficiently, with absolutely minimal disruption to my day.
