Ray and his team came and scoped the property before starting the work. Due to the nature of the business, the had to come late evening and start the pest control process. He made sure that all the furniture is removed and cleaned the surface before applying the chemicals. The job was done clean and follow-up was done to make sure of the result. Ray and his team went above and beyond for my family. He agreed to service our home when no other pest control company would. Specifically, our home is three stories tall and in dangerously close proximity to our neighbor, making it extremely risky to climb a ladder. Ray serviced the exterior of our home without any problems, putting up fencing and a one-way door for the squirrels to exit. The noise within our walls had disappeared, but a single squirrel had found its way inside my bedroom closet. I contacted Ray right away, and he not only answered his phone but also safely removed it from the property that same night. I cannot thank Ray enough.
