I am so happy we chose this company. We redid our roof and 3 squirrels got into our warehouse. They were here to set traps the next day, caught the squirrels within 2 days and came to pick them up the same day they were caught. Their price was significantly lower than other quotes we received and their customer service was amazing! Would recommend this company to anyone.

July 2022 called Brilliex about a family of raccoons always camping out under my deck for the last several years. Ray was very pleasant on the phone and explained the possible options. He sent out Leonardo to conduct an assessment the very next morning. After agreeing to the quote and work, Leo went to work right away. Leo was very pleasant and hard working. Best of all one of the raccoons actually came out while Leo was installing the last of the screening and one-way door. We were very pleased with the outcome, and we feel so relieved that we won't have to worry that the critters will scurry under the deck while we're eating/BBQing.

I called Brilliex and within the hour Ray the owner of the company came. He was pleasant, helpful and respectful at all times. He completed the task eliminated bees from inside my lawnmower and even cut my lawn so I wouldnt have to go outside while stray bees were still around.. completely guaranteed should the issue not be completely resolved. I am very happy with the service provided by Brilliex and Ray. Birds built a nest in the awning, just above the deck. There were lots of straws and small branches on the deck as well; it looked as if birds were planning to make another nest on the deck itself. I called Brilliex on Friday afernoon and Ray arrived the next day, removed the nest and cleaned the deck and awning. Ray found no birds in the nest. It was all done professionally, quickly and efficently. I was also glad to see that my invoice was e-mailed to me indicating that payment was processed. I sometimes find that I have to remind contractors to issue invoice, therefore I was also impressed with digital part of Briliex service. I'll gladly recommend Brilliex to my friends.
