Needed an electric water heater replaced and Omega Heating & Air was fantastic helping me through it. Office staff were helpful and responsive giving me a couple options on how to proceed at different price points that were very competitive. Plumbers were very friendly and professional getting the job done quickly, with minimal fuss and took the time afterwards to show me exactly what they did and make sure all my questions were answered. All in all, I'm very happy with the work and level of service and would highly recommend them.

We called Costas this morning as our old furnace wasn't working and he came the same day to repair it. Friendly, fast, professional service. We were very impressed. We would certainly use the services provided by Omega again.

Technical came to troubleshoot thermostat not working and quickly addressed the issue, ordered the necessary parts and fixed the problem.

Omega Air has once again exceeded our expectations! We had an issue with our furnace, I emailed Costas yesterday on Thanksgiving. Within a half hour, Costas replied and said he would take care of the issue. This morning Kelly called me, we arranged a time with Walter, Walter arrived right on time. We used Omega for the new install of an air conditioner (our old one needed to be replaced). They were able to get me a fast appointment (hot summer days), and installed everything with ease. They also took away my old unit. Appreciate their professionalism!

It was truly a great customer experience, working with Costas, Kelly, Derrick and Justin. Costas, your technicians Derrick and Justin, worked carefully in our home, nothing was damaged and the fact of laying drop clothes everywhere, really made our day. Costas is very professional. He has a sense of empathy and traditional artisan values. Costas provides his customers with honest rates for excellent services. I called Costas a few times. I regret not hiring Omega the first time. A few months later, I hired Omega to finish the work, including reconnecting the gas line. The previous gas line run pattern from many years ago (probably installed by the previous owner who had rented equipment) was awkward. They had run the gas line along the building's side wall and then through the side of the building before a few twists and turns until they reached the HVAC and water heater. It also caused a 5" ceiling reduction in the basement due to the iron pipe running in midair. Instead of keeping with the legacy run pattern, Omega came up with a much neater and more elegant solution, which involved tapping into the building near the gas meter and then running along the side and between the joists with a low profile. You can barely see the iron pipeline. This avoided messy iron pipe twists and turns. I am very thankful for their consideration and extra effort in making this work. I checked their work. All the lines and angles were straight, flush and level. Not one mistake. Omega sent someone back to perform a quality assurance and pressure test before recertifying with a tag. I recommend Costas and Omega as your provider for ductwork and HVAC solutions. Costas is a conscientious man. Costas will not disappoint you.

Omega is a great company to deal with. we have had a pleasure to do three installations with them, both furnaces and A/C. Their prices are competitive, products are of high quality and you will receive a customer service second to none. The installers made sure not only the furnace was installed properly but also that the humidifier is running properly, the drain is running per code, they checked the A/C as well and inspected the ducts. Needless to say, they took extra care not to damage our floors or walls bringing the new furnace in and dragging the old one out. After the completion of the work they left the site clean and went over the user manual and thermostat with us. I highly recommend Omega Heating and Air.
