The install was smooth and workmanship looked good. They didn't just slap the new unit in. New lines and a thorough job. Nice new light weight slab underneath the unit added to aesthetics. In age of COVID, the guys had masks and laid down a few runners to protect floors. They didn't need my help so I had virtually no contact with them. Pleasant fellows though.

Called Up Costas, mentioned what the issue was and he dispatched out two techs, which wore PPEs; troubleshot it down to a part that was sticky - fixed it without parts needed.. Honest, fast and fair pricing.

Costas replaced our furnace, A.C., water heater and services our pool heater. We couldn’t be happier with the products and all our dealings with Omega Heating & Air from initial consultations, installation and servicing. I have security knowing they will show up when they say they will and I will get honest pricing and knowledgeable technicians. **Highly recommend!!!**

We are so grateful to Costas for coming to our rescue during Covid times! Our tankless water heater stopped working which left us with no heat or hot water. (We have rads). Costas got back to us right away, came to see the situation immediately, and had the parts and repair done the following day. It’s been a cold May, and with everyone home, Ed were really feeling it. Omega's repairman fixed my 17 year-old Maytag Gemini double oven; solving a problem that had stumped other repairpeople. He was professional, friendly, inquisitive, and actually interested in ferreting out the problem and fixing it right. A total contrast to other repairpeople who just look at trouble codes and see if there's a part they can plug in or not; without actually opening the unit up, pulling out their voltmeters, and investigating. I cannot recommend this company too highly. They are nmow my go-to for all of my appliance repairs!

Omega heating and air is a first class company. The service was affordable, prompt, and professional. The technicians were friendly, courteous and they took the time to explain the process as well as address any concerns or questions I had. The team at Omega Heating and Air have done an outstanding job. It all started with Costa visiting our home to see what would be required to replace our 20 year old Furnance, Air Condition unit and Water Tank. After his visit a date was set for the install that was fast and convient for my family. The install went perfect and completed within the timeline provided. The team at Omega removed the old equipement and replaced it with our new system a Radiant Dual tech Combi boiler and Hi Velocity Air Handler along with a new Air Conditioning unit and Humidifier. The work area was kept clean and at completion the team took their time to ensure we understood how the new unit operates. We have recommended Omega Heating and Air to our family and friends. The Omega Heating & Air team were fantastic from first contact. Very professional and responsive. Our air conditioning (AC) unit broke down in the extreme heat and the Omega team had us up and running within a day. It was a fairy major repair and they did a great job of keeping us up-to-date throughout the process. We would highly recommend them to friends, family and strangers alike. Our A/C was running constantly even when the desired temperature was reached on the thermostat. Costas responded promptly to my request and came to my house the following day to find a wiring issue which he quickly resolved.

Costas and his crew have come to our home on multiple occasions and have repaired and adjusted our HVAC. After doing major renovations on our home, we needed to adjust our HVAC and they came quickly and have always impressed. They are extremely reliable and extremely helpful! Definitely recommend!
