The owner of the company and staff are VERY rude when trying to terminate the contact i have had for a very long time. -Emailed to have contract terminated for 3 years and finally to no avail they keep renewing it and withdrawing funds from my account. -I finally closed my bank account and now they want full payment of a contract i told them i wanted to end for 3 consecutive years. - they have agreed to waive the full fees and any additional invoices for the past few months. -During this process i have complained to BBB and they retracted the offer and wants payment in full and threatened Collection Agency and to ruin my credit rating. - Going thru the complaint process and advised the collection agency of status. -AVOID this company and DO NOT agree to sign up to have a security system installed with them. I have asked to have been with them for a very long time until i have asked them to cancel the contract. Its an automatic annual renewal and i have provided notice to end the contract.

The Ottawa-based service became unreliable. Tried to get it fixed, spent a bunch of money on new phones, nothing worked. Tried to cancel but service provider refused to accept. Very frustrating.

Alliance Security visited my home and gave me a real professional assessment of my needs. Two other companies quoted me over the phone and were no where close to what i really needed. Alliance installer guys were awesome - very friendly and thoughtful, even took shoes off and put on slippers while in my home! i would strongly recommend Alliance Security to anyone!!
