Lester came to check what was possibly mold. He brought a camera and inspected the site. It turned out not to be anything that was worth the cost of treatment and Lester recommended a cleaning spray from Home Depot that did the job exactly as Lester said. This company is honest and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.

I took out about 4 estimates and Canada's Restoration Services stood out with their professional approach. I was promptly emailed the company certification, estimate and protocol description. The job was done on time as promised. They covered all my furniture, carpeting and all the access points to eliminate dust. Very happy with the job done.

We detected mold and water damage in the basement of our new home on the day of closing. It was a traumatic experience and thankfully my sister's colleague had enlisted the help of Gabriel and CRS and highly recommended their work and their price level. I contacted Gabriel that evening and he came out the next morning to assess the situation. We agreed on a course of action and Gabriel, Chris and the crew set to work directly after the weekend. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and worked according to our agreed upon timeplan. Their work was impressive and timely and they did everything to ensure that our young boys had a safe and clean home to move in to. I really cannot say enough positive things about Canada Restoration Services and would recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of remediation assistance. They are fantastic.

Asbestos wrapped uncovered during renovation, and Julio & Israel took care of it safely and efficiently today (I observed through a window and on video occasionally). There is another, larger section of pipes, but the attached photos show you the job done.

I call this company for asbestos removal, and next day the project manager (Aris) shows up we talk about the job because I have beams on my ceiling and I want to saved them ,he told me not to worry is guys are professionals to remove carefully the beams ,on the day they start remove they start with crowbar and broked in to pieces.if you wired this company for demolition is good but if you need to save something from there (THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL) For final payment they put what they want the invoice did match with the estimate there is some pictures from the job and estimate to show you guys this not a joke I told them about the work and the price is not what been told and they said if I read the contract from them.................... lot more to say hope this help someone out there

Canada Restoration Services was highly recommended to clean our basement due to the presence of non-toxic mould. The job was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. The crew arrived on time and worked solidly until the job was done. I was impressed at the professionalism of the crew, and their supervisor. They were polite and respectful of myself and our children. When my son was sick home from school, they did their best to be quiet so he could sleep. I really appreciated this. The crew was aware that my younger son was experiencing undiagnosed childhood asthma, and they took this to heart when they were cleaning the basement. Due to an unexpected structural problem which Canada Restoration Services found and diagnosed (a water leak from our chimney) I was compelled to have the chimney rebuilt and part of a wall repaired. The staff at Canada Restoration Services knew that this structural repair was unforseen and a huge drain on my bank account. They were very kind and generous in allowing me to repay my debt to them over a 6 month period, with minimal haggling. They did not charge me interest or a service fee. Thanks to Canada Restoration Services, I have piece of mind that the basement mould has been properly cleaned, and that this company does good work to help families like mine. Lester and his team were recommended by my condo building property management team. I am the owner of the unit. I had some flooding in my unit arising from a dishwasher leak. I was very panicked as I had a similar event not so long ago and didnt want to impact my neighbours unit. Lester came by right away on a Saturday night. He was out for the evening but came to assess the issue anyway. He is a great man. Amazing people skills and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed the issue and checked the other units potentially impacted and confirmed the issue was only in my unit. He had his team come that evening to do the work required to ensure the water was cleaned up, drywall was removed as necessary, disinfectant used and fans put in place - all to avoid mold. His team, Julio and Vincent, were fantastic. Like Lester they had amazing people skills and excellent knowledge of what needed to be done. Julio as the leader was also great at explaining what he was doing and why. The prices was super reasonable. In the past I had paid way more. I am beyond pleased would highly recommend Lester, Julio and Vincent.

We had air quality testing done by a third party and determined that mold removal and restoration work was required. We reached out to Canada's Restoration Services and Lester was back to us within 24 hours. We received an immediate site visit and had estimates for mold mitigation and reconstruction services shortly thereafter. We increased the scope to include other maintenance items. Lester coordinated all of the work of his teams and his subcontractors, and kept us up to date throughout the process. The crews (mitigation & reconstruction) were excellent. The mitigation work was more extensive than anticipated and that risk was something that was discussed in advance with Lester. Julio and his mitigation team were thorough and with Lester, kept us informed throughout. Great Job!!!! Vincent, Leo and the reconstruction team were equally thorough and with Lester, also kept us informed throughout. Again, Great Job!!! Surprises? Sure. But that was the nature of the work and in all cases Lester and the teams kept us fully informed. We had lots of questions and they made sure that we clearly understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. We were very impressed with the quality of the work by everyone and their desire to make sure that we, the customer, were happy with what they were doing. We strongly recommend this team for any critical, time sensitive mitigation and reconstruction work ....amazing service! It was also a very pleasant change of pace to hear these people sing the praises of their company and the people they work for. It is not a coincidence that these people perform at such a high level. If a company looks after their people, the people will look after their company!!!

I am an elderly woman, and I am glad I chose this company to remove mold from my laundry room and asbestos from a pipe. I am very happy to see young men like Julio and Moises, who are skilled at this type of work. Julio is truly very kind; from the moment he arrived at our home, he introduced himself and explained in detail how they would enclose the work area from the rest of the house. They left an air scrubber running for a few days and managed to save the wooden studs. The day he came to pick up the equipment and remove the containment, he showed me and explained the work in detail once again. What I liked the most was seeing the quality and cleanliness of their work. They even took the time to clean our washer and dryer. I highly recommend this company and Julios team.
